We have been using FITR as part of our small group training facility at Urban Gym since 2021. It has been a fantastic addition to our members overall service and training experience. Also, from a business owner perspective it has helped with both our retention and acquisition. Personally I am not great with technology but the team at FITR are fantastic and have always been on hand whenever needed when it comes to customer support. I’d absolutely recommend FITR whether it be to online coaches looking to grow and build their own business and personal brand, or to gym owners who are looking to help better serve their members and community. I’ve been using Fitr to deliver my online coaching, and it’s been a game changer for both me and my clients.

We’ve loved using FITR to help our Small Group PT members track their progress. It’s been easy to use and it’s added a lot of value to what we offer. I've tried a number of different training platforms and my experience so far with FITR has been amazing. I have struggled to grow previous plans to scale due to the many issues with Payment systems and other features. The payment system is very simple to set up and so far has not caused any issues. Creating my own exercise library has been incredibly simple. The biggest thing for me is to provide people with value. To be able to give them a service that helps them reach their goals and allows me to interact with users to help guide them on their plans. FITR can do just that :)

Recently started using FITR in order to launch online programming Jan '25. The team have been incredible at answering any questions, and they've provided solutions and answers within seconds. Always on hand on Instagram direct message, and via the online chat feature on the site - can't recommend FITR enough!

I’m writing this as a client rather than a coach. Totally accept that my coach raves about this App and how much easier it is than True Coach. But please can you sort it so that you can login on more than one device at the same time? I don’t use the same device every time and it drives me mad that I’m constantly having to login again. My coach did ask you to do this but nothing happened. Other Apps manage it - you are the only one that doesn’t. Please sort it.

I've used many apps for programming personally and through companies I've worked for and Fitr takes the belt. Fitr is easy to navigate with the freedom I can use to help out my athletes that are a prescribed track and my 1-2-1 clients! Big fan!
