Good customer services .
I ordered a pair of trainers for my grandson birthday. It arrived on time but on the box I says size 7. I contacted them n they immediately responded to my email explaining that the size is USA 7 but a UK size 6. I was picnicking as I wanted to give the trainers to my grandson on his birthday.

Hi Salma, I'm really glad we managed to solve that for you. Its quite an easy thing to do, as a lot of fashion brands oringate from the US, often you'll find the large number on the box is the US size.
