SCAM stay away from these robbing B@@@@@s scum

Ordered a Reebok Treadmill (£529) from this shower. Luckily Paid Through Paypal and got my money back Saturday Last (02/11/2024). Looks like the site has been taken down since. Would like to think I had something to do with it lol. Just wish I'd read all the reviews before going ahead with the sale. No doubt they'll set up an alternative site. I'll share a bit about them however. Their Parent Company is La Bougie (UK) so would be better not to order form that mob either methinks. They also trade under Tarpaulin Tents and have other fitness sites for example: Fitness Supershop and Gym Equipment Supershop. I would urge anybody buying fitness goods to check the online reviews before hand. Save any unneccesary upheaval.

TOTAL SCAM. Paid nearly £800 for a rowing machine. Same treatment as other comments. Never received, courier problems, offered full refund, all a complete con. Always Danielle Gregory on the Chatbot. Wish I had seen the other comments. DO NOT USE.

The company is a scam. They provide a mobile contact number which they don't pick up. They take your money and don't deliver. They should be closed down

SCAM - DO NOT BUY. Wish I read this earlier and don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews. Made to wait endlessly for a product that will never arrive, supposed issues with couriers until they say they'll issue a refund and then you'll never get through to them chasing this down.

SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY

Ordered an elliptical trainer costing over £500, I didn't receive an order confirmation email, so tried to contact them with no response to email and the phone numbers don't work and the company address is an empty house in Stoke. The good reviews are fake, don't believe them, you won't get what you've paid for.

After providing all my details for the order I've immediately started getting phishing messages to my phone which I've had to block and I've also had to cancel my debit card. I'm now trying to get my money back through my bank.

Order from this company never recieved the item this was back in July. Tried emailing them just a bunch of scammers.

As per other one star reviews. I had my money taken for a purchase and received a “your order has been received” email. I have had no other contact, all phone numbers supplied are phoney, emails do not get replied to, and the “live chat” is most definitely not live. It’s a SCAM!

Scammers do not order

One star is too many for this company , really quick to give an order number then communication stops. The phone numbers do not work, emails are ignored and delivery dates are not met. The little “can I help” icon is just a method of delaying your questions and after my using this to be promised yet another delivery I was blocked and the icon did not show. Fortunately I used a credit card…..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The positive reviews are fake. If you check the accounts with multiple reviews, they all review the same set of websites. Accounts created purely to make this scam website look legit.

They are thieves, I echo what everyone else has said so far. Quick to take your cash, provided a confirmation of order but no further communication from them. The chat function is rubbish. They said dispatched, said it would be with me by 8pm (no dates or confirmation or tracking) then immediately said they attempted and it was returned to warehouse. No mention of next steps or refund. Contact numbers and emails are non responsive.
