lovely website, easy to see and underatand dims and other details. fantastic packing, the box was super robust and I appreciated keeping recyclability in mind, also love the cute and easy to find hardware box with everything needed to fit the legs so no scrabbling for tools. best of all the piece is lovely, well made and looks great and far more pricey than it was. only 'sticking' point is the lower drawer does not run smooth and sticks a bit.

I had a very disappointing experience with Fishe & Lilly involving repeated delivery failures and poor internal coordination.

I ordered a chest of drawers that was discounted due to a cosmetic issue. I booked a morning delivery and took time off work, only to be informed on the morning of delivery that the item was not available at the warehouse. This same situation happened three times, with each delivery cancelled at the last minute despite repeated assurances that the issue had been resolved.

I was given contradictory information throughout — at various points I was told the item had been misplaced, then found, and later that a brand-new replacement would be delivered instead. The same failure occurred again, and I even received an automated email asking me to review a delivery that had never taken place.

Eventually, I was informed that the item had in fact been lost, despite earlier written confirmation that it was available. The order was then cancelled and refunded.

While customer service were polite, the handling of this order was extremely poor. The repeated misinformation, failed deliveries, and lack of basic stock control caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about ordering from Fishe & Lilly.

Item was delivered on time. It was well packaged and the assembly instructions were simple. No tools are required but fixing the legs is easier with someone to help. Time to construct around 30 minutes.
Then you have a handsome piece of furniture to grace any room.

Never heard about this company before and they have limited selections of furnitures, so was a bit cautious. The products came with very good quality and real wood, it looks elegant!

The table I purchased was delivered quickly. However, I decided it was not right for me. Stephen was very helpful. He replied quickly to my emails and throughout the return process he kept me informed. Thank you Stephen for providing excellent customer service.

I ordered two items, a walnut coffee table and a bedside table. Despite the promises on the website, the table arrived with multiple scratches and chips and the bedside table with a noticeable chip on the front. The packaging was perfect so this was poor quality manufacturing. Bizarrely, the draw on the table was filled with dirty rags. I did contact the company and they did respond asking for pictures. I did not arrange to return the items due to being unable to store them packaged and wait in for them to be collected. The quality is poor and I would not order from this company again.

We ordered to night stands and they came quickly, were packed well, and a great quality. We’ll definitely order from Fishe and Lilly again.

Also, so nice to not have to build my furniture after it arrives. 👏🏻

Terrible quality products. I ordered two bedside tables, one arrived and was fine but the second was damaged so I was back and forth trying to arrange a return with customer services and it was a rigmarole. After a couple of weeks they finally arranged a collection and then sent out a new table, only for the new table to also be faulty. I have now requested to return both and receive a full refund, but god knows how long that will take. The quality of the products is poor considering the cost, and the customer service is lacking.

Product was excellently packaged and easy to assemble.

Ordered 2 side tables for living room on the 16th January and they arrived on the 20th. Expertly packed and a dream to put together. Beautiful tables and very happy with them.

I spent £1200 on two bedside tables and an 'oak' dining table and chairs set.

One of the bedside tables arrived with no fixings for the legs, now after just over a month one of the legs has completely snapped off.

The dining table is an entirely different colour to the photos on the website which depict them as being light oak, when in fact they are a horrible orange-y colour.

This furniture is clearly cheap and badly made but marketed, and priced, as much, much higher quality than it actually is. Avoid at all costs.

The whole purchase and delivery was absolutely perfect. It arrived very quickly, well packaged and it was super easy to put the legs and handles on. We are very impressed with the quality and how sturdy these bedside tables are. Definitely up there with much more expensive alternatives. Took us ages to decide, comparing bedside tables from lots of different companies. We are so pleased we made the right choice.

I ordered two Norway bedside tables (one normal and one slim), and they arrived within 2 days. They're exactly as in the pictures. Highly recommend F&L!
