I purchased a pair of boots on March 8 for $59.99. After experiencing a delay, I received a notice explaining the late shipping. The boots finally arrived today with a rush shipping label, which I assume was sent after I raised a complaint.

However, I noticed they are now being sold for $39.99, which is frustrating given my earlier purchase price. I will provide a more detailed review once I’ve had the chance to wear them, as the overall quality may reflect the current lower price.

Based on this experience so far, this will likely be my first and last purchase from this company.

The snap on the pants are weak and do not stay together. Simply walking is enough force for the pant snap to come apart. I called Customer support and requested to exchange. Needless to say, Support is NOT supportive. I'll never buy another product line from this poorly ran company.

I like the vests, but the women's pants run a little small compared to other brands. They have good customer service. The uniforms do hold up much better than others we have had.

No issues with the product quality, but the processing time after order is a week or longer. They are not a full time business. It's clearly a company a few people come into a warehouse on a weekend and package orders.

Return policy is ridiculous. No return labels or shipping instructions. And, when/if you receive credit, they deduct the initial shipping cost that I PAID!

Avoid.

Any company that wants me send them a pic of my card and ID is a no go! To quote Jessica Steadman "Would you please send us a photo of the card used for this order (only the name and last 4 digits are necessary) and the matching photo ID?" Not only no, but... you know the rest

A bit of a disappointment with First Tactical. They are constantly out of shirts at the normal sizes. Takes months to get them back in. Their tactical pants fade very fast after just a few washes. And yes, I hang dry them. Their prices shot up also. A bit disappointed. They have some kind of alliance with point blank.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Sizing is terrible- do not order if you are a lady with hips. I ordered my size according to the charts and couldn't get them over my hips. Customer Service offered to exchange or offer a refund, if I pay for shipping. No return labels provided. I was looking forward to using these for work pants, but will look for them elsewhere. Do not recommend.

The company sent me the wrong size, their fault, not mine. I called to return it and they would not pay for the shipping, which was over $15. I ordered the size I always wear, and the sizing was extremely off. Now I'm stuck, again, having to pay over $15 to send them back. Not to mention, I received zero communication that they received the pants. Shipping takes a very long time. I wrote an email to their customer service on my dissatisfaction, and they did not respond. $70 pair of pants, over $30 in shipping fees. I will NEVER use this company again.

They say the customer experience is just as important as the product itself. Spoke with Jessica Steadman from First Tactical, she is the last person you want to deal with. Did not even listen to my concern and total disregard for customer satisfaction.

First Tactical has a uniform contract with the BOP and the required shirts and protective vests come with your name on it. So is you loss/gain weight you can't even give it away. If you order the wrong size it can't be exchanged, you are stuck with it.

Can attest all poor reviews are correct. Sizing is inconsistent, exchanges are not possible and refunds are a joke. I ordered pants in the appropriate size, and they did not fit. Upon inquiry, they refused an exchange, refused to provide shipping label and only provided partial refund despite perfect condition. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

1st. I ordered boots that were supposed to have composite toe and i was sent the boots without composite toe.

2nd. I ordered the MEN'S V2 TACTICAL PANTS that looked like the military style pants with the military side leg pockets, and I was sent the wrong pair.
I'm still wearing both and have ordered boots with composite toe from my employer.
I gave a one star for the boots on my first review on a different sit and now I'm giving them a two star because they can't get my orders wright.

Ordered pants based on their measurements, did not fit. Material was not as described. Returning is a joke, they have absolutely no return policy. After spending $30 to ship back a pair of pants, and usps verified it was delivered back to them, they can’t seem to find it and will not refund my $. Horrible company, horrible customer service.

Not true to size
Before purchasing these pants, I definitely took a look at the reviews. Unfortunately they where correct the pants are not true to size , and the fact that I have to come out of pocket to return these pants is very upsetting. Even if I wanted to do & exchange. This is a poor business practice. I actually wanted to exchange the pants but if I’m going to incur these additional fees I’ll honestly just choose not to do business with First Tactical.

I've bought from this company multiple times but it's really lacking lately. Took a month and 2 weeks to even ship my order. They claim they was moving wear houses but didn't notify the public of delays in shipping they tried to hide it to make sales and then they had no clue on their own inventory so when they actually ship the orders they cancel half of it and give a refund cause they over sold. So maybe in the future I might do business with them but for now I would let them focus on getting their house in order first.

(Final Edit) my order was delivered. They're not a scam. Over all they really just need to work on updating people with the status of their orders. As far as the quality of the product I ordered; it's good.

My advice, automate sending an email to people when ther order gets shipped, and the email should have all the shipment info like tracking number and the normal stuff. If this review was about the product I'd give it 4 stars overall, but since it's just about the experience, I have to keep it at 3. Since 4 stars would indicate that nothing needs to be changed.

(Initial experience)
I ordered a pair of gloves from this place. It has been over a week and they haven't shipped it or even said anything to me about it. I sent two emails asking them what is going on after 7 days of placing the order and they haven't responded at all. I'm starting to think this website is a scam and I don't trust them. I wish I checked them out before I placed an order.

(Edit 1): They just got in contact with me and told me it was already shipped, so I'll increase by one star. If it comes here in a timely manner Then I'll increase by another. If it doesn't get here, then I'll go back down to one star. So a maximum of 3 stars since they had me freaking out since I thought I got scammed. They need to work on their communication.

Customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered two pairs of shorts and they sent me them but I then got a random pair 3 days later (different size and color). I made sure I wasn’t charged and then called them to advise them of their mistake. They asked me to ship them back but didn’t offer a shipping label or coupon for my trouble. Good thing I’m honest.

Fast forward to today- I ordered two more shorts 14 days ago. Still no update on my account - it just shows “still processing”. I emailed 3 days ago and got no response. I called today and they said they are moving warehouses and the shorts would be delayed. I asked why they didn’t put that on their website prior to allowing people to order. The lady says and I quote “I wish they would have, that would have saved US a lot of trouble dealing with customers”. Wow.

I asked if they could expedite shipping and she flat out said no.

This is the last time I order from them.

Product is good but no better than other tactical gear. Their prices are not any better and their customer service is crap.

Ordered 1 shirt and they took over 2 weeks to send it because they supposedly were moving locations and said nothing about it. I would not recommend this website unless you wanna wait forever for your product

Their pant sizing is horribly inaccurate. I just received my new uniforms and had went up one pant size in the women's pants. The waist is literally smaller than the smaller size I had before. How do I size up and end up with smaller pants?!
