This will be my second move of the year. I reached out to Carly as she went above and beyond last time with no issues. Once again Carly moved quickly for me and got all services moved over efficiently with the help of Will and Luke. Big shout out to all three. Thanks for the help

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The team at FirstCom are very patient, supportive and professional. We delth with Chris Kirkwood, Carly and Warren, each of them were amazing to deal with.

This is our 2nd phone system with FirstCom and the service has been great throughout.

Lancaster Cathedral has just switched to Firstcom and the service is excellent, including an update call with helpful Heidi Winrow.

Excellent service from the engineer Warren. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the visit. He explained everything clearly and was very informative, making sure I understood what was being done and why. He was also very polite and approachable. I would highly recommend his services and was very happy with the overall experience.

Set up is easy- Customer Service is always effective and efficient.

We asked First Comm to devleop our shared working platform, get required licenses and set up a medium size team on email etc. for a new programme mobilising across Bradford. It's been a great experience and having their technical expert, Charlie C on hand and communicating in good time made sure everything flowed and we launched in good time. We've recently updated our broadband line to Fibre.
Carly booked this in for us, she was professional and kept us well informed.
Stewart and George attended site the following day after the line upgrade. They swiftly completed the job and the line is working perfectly.

I represent Lovatts Roofing in Bury. After a power cut caused some technical complications, I rang Firstcom and an engineer was thankfully sent out the same day.

Callam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issues and increased our internet speeds by approx 6x

If I had my own business I would choose Firstcom for sure. Just genuine real people with solutions.
