We have been using first choice nutrition from the moment we brought our puppy home and we have never had any issues. Our dog loves the food and appears to be incredibly healthy (lean, glossy coat, good digestive system).
My only constructive feedback would be that the packaging could be improved, both the box for delivery and plastic wrapper. the thin polystyrene insulation is often damaged by the time it arrives and we have had cases of the sausage wrapper splitting. Not enough to stop me coming back but could be improved.

My dog is an older dog and for some time has become disenchanted with the food he's been eating all his life. After trying multiple alternatives, I decided to give Raw a go. From their easy to use website and free samples, First Choice have been amazing. And the product seems to be perfect for Oscar. For the first time in a long time, he's following me when I fill his bowl at meal times. Couldn't be happier ☺️

My two european dobermanns were fed raw n liked it but then i found first choice now they wont leave their bowls til it all gone
So happy found a raw food that my dogs really love

I had an issue with my subscription which was down to DPD. I rang and spoke to Callum and he was amazing even went out of his way to deliver the food himself. My dog absolutely loves the food here it’s amazing quality made with care. I am a customer for life

Have dealt with this company for some years now. The staff are extremely helpful, and knowledgeable, food is excellent quality too. Regular updates regarding the delivery of the food.
Easy to use website. In short. I wouldn't use anyone else. First choice is First class.

This is the best raw food with the correct ratios all that cheap raw like prime is no good with the wrong ratios

Very good quality dog food. Reasonable priced and big plus for giving freedom to customers to purchase more than one of the same 10kg boxes, something that it wouldn’t let me do before. My only complaint is delivery charge as most companies provide free service when certain amount spent. Overall very good and highly recommended

I have ordering from First Choice Nutrition for more than a year now. We have a large Doberman. He loves the Beef with Tripe raw meal. The value of this product is very good too.

Excellent quality frozen raw food for my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. Lovely company to deal with, very reliable and friendly, couldn’t be easier. Would highly recommend First Choice Nutrition.

My 5 year old Italian Greyhounds have been eating First Choice Complete with Vegetables meals for years now. It's the best choice I could have have made for them. They are healthy and happy and never get upset stomachs anymore. Only problem is I can't stop them barking for their meals. They really love this food. Favourites are the Beef with Tripe, Turkey, Salmon and Chicken with Lamb. We get 6 meals out of each 500g pack. It's great value, fresh and the best of quality. The dried/raw treat range and customer service is by far the best around too. 5 stars indeed.

My dogs like chunky raw meat. I like to add the vegetables into their diet, so I know what their getting and can adjust it as necessary.
Both my youngster and my old girl love this new food. They took to it immediately. My old girl, who can be rather picky, has even started to do a little dance as I'm preparing their dinner.
First Choice Nutrition has made my dogs happy. Which makes me happy.

5 star food and 5 star service my cocker spaniel couldn’t be happier

Been feeding my dog this raw food for 3 weeks now . He is absolutely loving this raw no more turning his nose up at dinner time the bowls licked clean . I highly recommend first choice no more smelly meals great quality products at fair prices and the staff are always happy to help you out.

I'm not even a customer yet and the help and advice I have received from Amber has been way beyond any I have ever received EVER. I emailed asking advice and after a reply I decided to do an allergies test on my little girl to see what was what. I got the results and sent them straight to Amber and as I was out I did not have a chance to look at them. After getting home I felt a bit guilty when I looked and seen it was a 39 page PDF! (so sorry about that!) BUT I checked my email an Amber had been through the lot and recommended the 80-10-10 range and also which food to avoid in that range due to Millies allergies and intolerance to certain meats and even noticed oregano being an ingredient in some and to give them a miss also. Overall I'm looking forward to being a customer with this company and feel confident my little girl is in safe hands

Great people, polite as well as friendly.
Been with first choice nutrition for nearly 7 years, our boxers girl Ruby wasn’t eating went little, we were suggested to get in touch with Ryan who came with some samples and since then we just never looked back nor did Ruby or her kids.
When we see other dog owners we always recommend first choice nutrition.
We know exactly what in our guys food and we trust Ryan our local lad ☺️
