The absolute worst experience in 20…
The absolute worst experience in 20 years living in The Netherlands.
Ordered a machete and a tshirt and payed the shipping and return fees in full in advance.
The tshirt didn’t arrive. Nor the refund!
The machete came in with a broken grip handle. So I had to return it and guess what?! I had to pay 8 euros for return. I was promised free shipping after the lady lashed on me screaming and everything about the company policy. So I did pay around 15 euros just for shipping back and forth. That was three to four weeks ago yo date.
I still didn’t get refunded nor for the tshirt and the machete.
The lady said in an email after she screamed at me on the phone that she didn’t hv coffee yet cuz I called so early at 11 am!

By far This is the worse experience I’ve had to go through since I came to this country!
I definitely do not recommend this website at all. Bad products with very expensive prices and the worst service there is.

Dat is vervelend, echter jammer dat u niet bij de feiten blijft.
Bij retouren van bestellingen en terugbetalingen houden wij ons keurig aan de wettelijke bepalingen binnen de europese wetgeving. Helaas bepalen klanten niet hun eigen regels, dat is u duidelijk te kennen gegeven.
Het product wat u heeft gekregen is normaal in goede staat zonder mankementen terug gekomen, er was niets defect aan.
Alles is netjes met u gecommuniceerd, misschien dat u het door de taalbarriere het niet goed heeft begrepen. Ook de retour betalingen zijn netjes verwerkt misschien moet u uw bankrekening eens goed checken.
Dubieuze verzoeken voor betalingen voor messen etc gaan wij helaas niet in mee aangezien wij ons aan de wet houden en ons niet strafbaar gaan maken.
Als u daar geen begrip voor heeft is dit erg jammer echter spreekt de reden voor zich.
