Easily accessible venue with plenty of parking spaces. Our trainer, Nikki Neesam has a relaxed and fun way of instructing. The 3 day course was light hearted but extremely informative.

Very experienced trainer, presentation was simple and right to the point. He answered all questions and most of the time we have spent working out the equipment and mastering its use. Very happy and highly recommending the company and Neil.

Nikki was fantastic in delivering the Paediatric First Aid Course. She had a wealth of experience to impart, things I wouldn't have thought of even with previous first aid training, including useful apps and phone functions, good working practices and updated first aid techniques.
Overall I'd say the course was enjoyable, stress free, informative and well worth the money. The certificate also arrives within 48hrs following completion so that's good.
The building staff were also very accommodating and the free tea and coffee machine is a nice wee perk.

Nikki was our trainer and assessor for paediatric first aid. Nikki, delivered the material so well with both great examples and visuals that helped me understand the material. I would highly recommend this course and trainer/assessor. I liked that we were given a first aid manual and opportunity to demonstrate on Annie's. The practical was valuable and videos. The only thing I would've liked was a desk or table to lean on to take notes. All round, very happy. Thank you, Nikki!
