Firmoo have been great! Quick delivery, accurate lenses for my prescription and their frames are super cute and original compared to high street brands. I like that affordability doesn't mean I have to compromise on quality :)

Ordering was really straightforward, with step by step instructions and there are so many frames to choose from. Unfortunately I chose a pair that when I tried on they were slightly small and the reading part of the lens was a little low in my face. This was my error in choosing the wrong style frames, however Firmoo exchanged them at no cost for a different pair and also gave me helpful advice in choosing a new frame style.
The new pair arrived within 10 days and are just perfect.
The cost was good and they look and feel good quality.
I would definitely recommend them.

I was so impressed with the after salesteam at Firmoo. When glasses weren't what I was expecting, Firmoo were quick to offer me a generous full refund or exchange, two fantadtic options.

it took some time but the Glasses are cool. got some getting used to but I now use them often.

I had a few hiccups with my order. The opticians gave me the details over the phone and I ordered my glasses. When they arrived they were completely wrong I could see far away and nothing up close. So I got the actual prescription from the opticians and sent it in with my order. The glasses were sent out perfect. Loved them. I had one issue with the plastic quality they kept squeaking when moving or wearing them. So 3rd time lucky I got a perfect pair and have tested them thoroughly before writing my review.

I must say their customer service were extremely patient and helpful especially with the first set which wasn’t their fault. Would highly recommend the anti blue light coating is amazing and protects my eyes it was cheap also! Highly recommend and I will be buying more from them in the future. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Just received my first order from Firmoo and im absolutely delighted with my new specs , I paid a fortune from specsavers and I must say that theese are a better fit .Really happy with them and customer services are fantastic helpful and polite .I highly recommend Firmoo for your next specs , just make sure you have an up to date prescription and know your PD numbers .My glasses are clear , I can see perfectly in them

I’ve had multiple pairs of glasses from firmoo. They’ve been just as good quality as the ones from a high street shop, just at a much better price.

I’ve ordered glasses from firmoo for 3 years and never had an issue until my last order. My prescription had changed so ordered new glasses. I had a pair from my eye doctor so the firmoo ones went in a drawer until I needed them. When putting them on, I couldn’t see out of them. Prescription was checked and definitely right on the order. When raising this issue with firmoo they said that because it had been over 60 days, they couldn’t do anything. I now have 2 pairs of glasses that are unusable and firmoo won’t take responsibility other than give me 50% off frames. I now have spend more money (definitely not with them) rectifying their mistake, and I am now without glasses for the foreseeable.

Edit: The most AI generated reply from firmoo. My prescription changed. I ordered new glasses with the updated prescription and god knows what they’ve put in the lenses because I can’t see out of them. As per their policy, the glasses should have a 365 day warranty for defects in workmanship. I think messing up the lense qualifies as a defect in workmanship.

So easy, just put prescription in and chose the frames and lenses, and delivered within a week. Absolutely delighted with service, price and quality.

Firmoo is my go to for my prescription lenses, they have so many styles to choose from and the process is really easy to follow and order.
