I cannot praise customer service enough they were brilliant, friendly and very patient. It can be confusing purchasing a product of this nature (in my case fire resistant paint) as there are so many variables and differing regulations. I had numerous questions and technical jargon from buildings regulations as it can feel a bit overwhelming trying to make sure you have the right level of protection for the right kind of material. Alex answered all my questions and shared their expertise to make sure I got exactly the right product. Items arrived the very next day. Thank you.

Nothing wrong apart from no option other than to pay £18.50 for overnight delivery (which I did not need) Also I had to be in to receive it as the courier would not leave it (not even in safe place)
For a small item this was an expensive purchase and I day wasted waiting for delivery.

When asked on advice of a product for a special application they took it upon them self’s to research and write a detailed, engineering explanation on product options that they offer for the application we had. The breakdown was detailed and easy and very useful.

When the quote came it was very reasonable and delivery was very quick.

Very well packaged, nice hand written note, bag of sweets but no instructions. Website says to contact their technical department. Surely emailing the specifications for application or including them in the delivery would save everyone’s time? Quite possibly the only tin of paint I’ve purchased that has zero application or cleaning instructions. Surely this is contrary to COSHH?

An incredibly helpful company. We sent all of our measurements and requirements and they worked out exactly what fire proof paint we needed. We hadn’t realised how complicated that part would be (affected by factors such as type of steel used and where/how it was manufactured) and it needed to be exact for building regulations so it was lovely to have this element sorted for us. After their calculations we knew exactly which paint we needed, how many coats and how much of it. They also went above and beyond to source the best quote for us amongst all the many options available. We highly recommend.

I needed a small amount of fire proof paint for some steel beams in my kitchen, in order to comply with Building Control Regulations.

When I contacted IPF, they went out of their way to help identify the right product, as well as confirming what kind of primer and top coat I needed.

They looked at the engineering drawings of my kitchen to confirm the gauge of the steelwork. Honestly, they were beyond helpful - and this was a tiny job for them.

I really cannot recommend them highly enough - absolutely brilliant.
