I purchased some nullified paint for exposed steel beams. The company are quick to respond to email and are easy to deal with and knowledgeable. When coupled with their fast shipping times I would definitely use again if needed.

Great technical advice and customer service
I spoke with Kai Brockway their Technical sales advisor as I was unsure what product to purchase. He was excellent from the start and made sure I had what was needed, including the quantities and required manufacturers certificates for building control.

Do not use this company
This company sold Thermoguard fireproof paint which despite applying directly in line with detailed instructions has failed leaving me £1000s out of pocket with unusable doors due to a white bloom with a terrible finish. Having investigated as an ISO accredited company they state application error despite the manufacturer saying the result we’ve seen is common if applied in winter months. Bought paint in November and nothing in the instructions regarding not to use in winter months. Do not use this company and be very careful of fireproof paint if recommended to you by building control or a builder.

Dear Suzanne, as previously communicated to you, both verbally and in writing, we are sorry for the trouble you experienced when your contractor applied the Thermoguard products to your doors.
Following our ISO procedure, a thorough investigation took place; involving ourselves and the manufacturer Thermoguard. This investigation concluded that the blooming issue occurred as the base coat was not allowed sufficient time to dry and cure before the topcoat was applied. This issue was further compounded by the addition of water to the 2K base coat, which extended its drying time. Kevin from Thermoguard personally spoke to both you and your contractor, at length, to explain what had caused the problems with the finish on your doors and how to remedy this, and we are disappointed that you have then unfairly laid the blame with ourselves.
As we have previously stated, we remain willing and available to assist as necessary, please do let us know if we can help you in any way.
