Easy to use interface, non intrusive workflow for meetings.

I had forgotten to add Fred Fireflies to my Zoom meeting so I had no notes. The App allowed me to upload the Zoom recordin gand processed the notes in redord time. Very impressive!

Fireflies has taken over my note taking with amazing results. I no longer have to pay attention to taking notes myself, and thus am freed up to listen more closely to my clients and I feel our results have improved greatly due to this. When we are done, I get the full transcription, a summary, and screen capture if it was a zoom meeting. I used to spend up to an hour working on post meeting notes, now it takes perhaps 5 minutes to proof read, make very minor corrections and send them to clients. What used to be a chore is now a pleasure!

Have been using fireflies for over a year now in work and it has been invaluable for carrying out user interviews and user testing. The quality of the summaries generated and how they are displayed is great

It has honestly been amazing. I have ADHD so despite my efforts there´s always a small detail I will forget from the meeting. With fireflies I have everything right there plus it gives me a summary

Love how well it will record a whole meeting around a large table, it clearly seperates the individual speakers and its amazing to be able to go back and just read what people have said. it doesn't get everything right, but it gets enough that I can write my minutes knowing I haven't missed anything important and I haven't caused myself pain from having to write

Very good level of accuracy in the speech-to-text transcriptions. Depends on sound source - but that applies to any speech-to-text application. Audio uploads directly to the cloud and the transcription and summary are immediately available on all devices. 10 gold stars to Fireflies for allowing users to thoroughly test the application before subscribing. Most software companies want to take your money before you have had an opportunity to see if the application will work for you.
