Fireaway Pizza Reviews 

Delivered the pizza topping with no pizza! Paid £16.46 for 2 bowls of strawberries and 2 drinks. Complete rip off don’t bother.

We got milkshakes at the Horsham branch, all tasted like the milk used was off/sour. The bubblegum milkshake had bits of chocolate within, do they not clean there blenders?? Had to throw away after a few sips, waste of money.

Cheers team for fantastic pizzas every time, order extra cheese, I promise you won't regret it! Sam from Glos Rd Bristol branch has delivered piping hot perfection really quickly to me a few times now. Thanks 🙏

BURNT PIZZA from Guildford location and terrible customer service from head office. They just stopped replying to my email when I insisted on a refund for burnt pizza. I've sent numerous follow up emails and they've ghosted me. You can tell how bad their service is by reading the reviews and seeing that they've never replied to anyone on trustpilot to try to resolve their poor scores. Good thing everyone has unlimited options of pizza available to them and these terrible people can be avoided completely!

Honestly, not only did it look amazing but tasted amazing. Delivery was brilliant. I actually loved the salad it was just gorgeous. Cannot praise you enough. Delicious.

A ‘monthly’ Fireaway pizza Saturday has been a family tradition for a while now. The ordering and delivery service was bang on as usual .

The ‘one star’ rating is particularly for this reason- they have removed our favourite and most regular options - the burner and pestuno pizzas . Still, thought we will try the new options - veggie supreme and pesto manifesto; extremely disappointed. Probably the last time we will be ordering from fireaway ! It’s a shame will miss our favourites. Hoping they bring the old menu back to retain loyal vegetarian customers

It was not just about a free dip the pizza was disgusting and I added items and the items was missing pepporni and sweet corn I wouldnt recommend this pizza place to no1 !

Ordered by one get one free, called to double check I was going it correctly as wasn't showing on Just Eat.
Only ordered on Just Eat as they would take phone orders.
Didn't get the extra pizzas, also the shakes we order where wrong, and wing raw!
Phones to be spoken down to and totally disrespected by what I can only describe is a unmanned young boy! Clearly doesn't care about the business. He hung up and turned off phone lines, shop isn't suppose to close till 12am!
Absolutely shocked how the has been dealt with and how rude he was. Never again will I order from the Basildon branch

The Peterborough branch is a joke. Terrible customer service, disrespectful agent who can’t even think of a solution when order couldn’t be delivered. Food is overpriced and sometimes gone bad. For that money they should respect customers more. Don’t buy from them!

pizza came on time but i was given the wrong pizza. However this did get sorted and i got given a refund

Tried my local branch twice. Both times the order was very late, taking between 45mins to 1hr after "order is out for delivery". Second order was delivered incomplete with the driver saying they'd return with it shortly. It never arrived. Tried calling the branch multiple times but no answer. Absolutely awful service, if one branch can act like this I won't be trusting any other.

Worst service ever!!! ordered 2 pizzas, they delivered the wrong pizza, with pineapple on it and I hate pineapple on pizza, I picked it off and started eating it and realised it had hardly any of the topping that I ordered. rubbish pizza. then I called them, OMG!!! what a bunch of buffoons! can't even communicate properly, kept asking the same stupid questions. very poor communication. then put the phone down on me. disgusting!!! this is the second time and last time, the first time the delivery person was rude. don't bother ordering pizza from this place, you won't get what you ordered and poor service on top.

It’ was ok. £3.95 for a stale cookie, made from a packet but stated handmade as it had a kinder stuck on it was not on. It didn’t taste nice. We got the Nutella pizza with strawberry and the topping was stingy. The pizza itself was ok, a bit of a burnt taste and the wings were alright. It came hot, which was good but not sure I’d get it again.

Excellent quality food, absolutely delicious and the staff are extremely friendly in the ystrad Mynach branch in south wales. Proper home cooked food made in front of you from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and visit here again 100%. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏼.

Terrible. Gone down hill rapidly.
No longer fresh, ingredients have changed, definitely doesn’t taste the same and pizza comes burnt majority of the time. Not sure what has happened but not what it used to be.

Brilliant food. So tasty and well cooked. Milkshake superb too
Even better service from Reading. I sent wrong hotel postcode and they still delivered after going to wrong hotel.
Would happily eat again

Originally wrote this review on 3rd June, I'm sad to say no one has contacted me, offered me a refund or attempted to make this right. It seems they don't care. It is now 19th September. I doubt I'll hear anything now, but please prove me wrong.

It's a real shame to have to write a negative review, but I feel it's right to give people a fair representation of Fireaway Ashford. We used to order from the Maidstone branch and loved it. Each time we have ordered from the Ashford site things have been wrong in the order.. usually it's a side, and they upgrade a vegetarian side to a meat side, which for some would be amazing but is no good to a vegetarian. We let that slide, as we still had the pizza. Well tonight after a very busy day we thought we would give it another chance. Neither pizza was correct, and there is no way to call or contact Fireaway Ashford to get them to make it right. I have made a complaint through their app, but that leaves us with £30.00 worth of food we cannot eat because it is someone else's order. So sick of delivery places seemingly thinking they can throw any old thing together and sending it out. Will not be using them again and expect my money back. Will update if I get a response from Fireaway Ashford.
