Unfortunately in this case the item you ordered is sent direct from our manufacturer who are currently out of stock and we were not made aware of this at the time you placed your order. Following on from our emails regarding this i have managed to source you an alternative item that is in stock but on this occasion you have decided to wait for the original product to come back into stock.

Emily who handled our order was…
Emily who handled our order was extremely helpful in dealing with our delivery requirement of white deicing salt.
Unfortunately, delivery company sent a 7.5 MT truck which could not come up our drive and left the 1000 KG bag at the gate.
I complained to Emily as our cars could not come up the drive so She immediately arranged to move the bag back to delivery depot within 2 hours.
Service was provided with smile all the way ☺

The alleged 'purchase' was a fraudulent…
I failed to recognise the transaction on my statement, reported it as fraudulant! Then I discovered what it referred to and all was well, the supplier was quick to deliver and the goods were excellent.

Poor communication, 6 weeks to get item.
Ordered item on the 13th August . No delivery or an update on the delivery by the 1st September. Emailed company & was told item would not be available until w/c 20th September.
No information at time of order to say the item was out of stock, the company had to be contacted for an update & then 6 weeks to get item. All pretty poor.
