Only feedback is the filters available while selecting the car, it can be more intutive and more filters including the car configurations.

Monthly rate was a total mistery until they charge you the first time and was 100 euros than was I saw on the website when I booked it.

Very disappointing experience with FINN.
The service turned out to be extremely expensive, with many hidden charges that were not transparent upfront. Despite paying every month for a premium insurance package including tyre coverage, I was still charged over €2,200 in the final report, which came as a complete shock.
On top of the cost issue, the service was highly unprofessional:
Vehicle delivery was promised multiple times and failed 3 times.
The same happened during vehicle return — it had to be rescheduled 3 times, and the issue was not taken seriously at all.
No compensation was offered for the inconvenience, delays, or wasted time.
Overall, the experience was stressful, costly, and poorly handled.
If you are considering FINN for either short-term or long-term leasing, I would definitely not recommend it based on my experience.

I am writing this detailed review to help potential customers make an informed decision before entering into a contract with Finn.
While the vehicle itself (a brand-new Peugeot 5008) was excellent and the monthly rental price competitive, I cannot recommend Finn due to serious issues in the vehicle return and damage assessment process.
What went wrong
After returning the vehicle, Finn sent us a damage report claiming €4,000 in damages. This was unexpected and highly stressful, as we were confident that we had not caused such damage.
Fortunately, we had taken clear photos at the time of handover. These showed that a substantial part of the claimed damage occurred after the vehicle had already been returned. Despite this, Finn initially attempted to collect the full amount through an automated process, without properly verifying the claim.
Only after repeated follow-up and the submission of evidence did Finn revise the bill. The final amount was lower and somewhat fairer, but the situation should never have reached this point.
Customer service experience
Customer service remained polite throughout, but was slow, rigid, and reluctant to escalate the case appropriately. To date, I have received neither a clear apology nor an explanation of how Finn intends to improve this process for future customers.
Conclusion
The vehicle and pricing were good, but the financial risk after vehicle return lies almost entirely with the customer. Without persistence and proper documentation, we would have been wrongly charged thousands of euros.
For these reasons, I do not recommend Finn

Last time I had an issue, Support were much helpful handling towing, providing replacement and communication was on point.
I had first contact with FINN one and half years ago, when I had a call with sales manager, everything went smooth and agreed on contract, afterward everything went down hill.
My current experience is the car is no longer road worthy for almost 2 months now... I could not create a repair claim in portal since the car was assigned to wrong person, I had to send an email wait for few days to get a reply. after I agreed with workshop on a time to pick up the car they did not show up, and went to Christmas break (: , then i wrote FINN support 1 month ago, and they did not reply to my email yet... Great
for 18 months I had +5 different account managers, and when changes happen most of time nobody informs you till, Customer service forward your email.
their website is broken everytime we write support countless times to assign the car to correct driver and they set it back to our HR manager after a while...
