after years of i had no claims i got a message from find your ppi asking if i thought i was due anything...i thought i was but other companies and banks said otherwise...find your ppi being no claim no fee i had nothing to lose...they kept in touch then covid hit and banks put everything on hold....after getting the go ahead again find your ppi were on the case and to my surprise they had come back with a settlement from the bank who said i didnt qualify...job done and hopefully a few more too follow...thanks again find your ppi...

I am Over the Moon!
On Sunday 3rd July I wrote a review entitled "I am Enraged" and gave a score of 1 star to FindYourPPI. The sole purpose of posting the email I had crafted on this platform was to get some response and to hopefully speak to a human about my issues. I'm delighted to say that today, I received a phone call from the excellent Sam McCrystal.
I won't go into detail but I believe in fairness and my absolute opinion of companies is based on their customer care and how they deal with issues. Sam and I conversed for half an hour and I was super impressed with his attention to detail, how he treated me as an individual, his empathy, common sense and clarity on resolution. We both agreed and understood where the issues had come from (incorrect email address) and how their automated billing system was probably a little too keen!
Find Your PPI, please acknowledge what a great employee you have in Sam McCrystal and the turnaround he has successfully managed in my review and most importantly, my view of your company. Thank you

Excellent service
Excellent service, good result. Howevever a bit too quick to send us reminders, with threatening undertones, especially as we didn't receive the check until a week after the invoice, so I wasn't aware we had received a payment and nothing had gone through our bank. Worried in case we were being scammed.

I had totally forgot that I had raised a claim
I had totally forgot that I had completed paperwork for FindYourPPI so what a nice surprise after all this time. If I'm honest I really didn't think that I would be entitled to anything, so a complete bonus! The only negative point that I would make was that I had received two emails asking for the bill to be paid, which I deleted immediately as I thought they were scams. I had not received any money as compensation at that point. It wasn't until a letter arrived that I checked my account and the money had been paid in that day and I promptly paid the invoice. Maybe it would be prudent to await the credit transfer before sending any notification of fees. That aside, I would certainly recommend this company!

We have kept going for nearly three years after the PPI deadline to hold the banks to account to process all our customers claims, even though many other PPI claims management firms have been forced to close early due to the delays by the banks in processing customers claims. Previously, banks used to take 28 days or more to pay compensation to clients after they had agreed a sum of compensation and therefore we timed our invoices accordingly, however, your bank has agreed with us that in view of the delays so far, they will now pay clients directly within three days of coming to a conclusion, hence, our early invoice for our services. We’re sorry if this slightly pre-emptied monies showing in your bank account. In conclusion, we are very grateful that you chose FindYourPPI to help you with your claim and we, too, are pleased to have stayed the course and helped you to achieve a result! 😊

Nice surprise!
I left it late to see if I had any PPI due to me, but decided to give it a try just in case. FindMyPPI was very easy to use, requiring very little effort on my part. Then to be honest I just forgot about it, so was thrilled to receive a settlement cheque last week from a provider I wouldn’t even have thought about claiming from! Well worth the fee I paid to this company.

It may have taken a few years for FYPPI to get my compensation for me, but I'm not complaining because know that was due to COVID. It's caused enough issues and woe for everyon and I'm just grateful that they sorted out my PPI for me easily and without stress!

They found a PPI that we had already…
They found a PPI that we had already claimed,and they charged £179 and then we received threats of court so the charge would go up to £229.So if using this company don’t ask them to look into a company that you have already claimed off.
This was an expensive lesson learnt

Finding fee
Well done FindYourPPI for finding a PPI amount I didn't know I had. Sending an invoice for fi ding two and a half years later very disappointing. This fee should have been taken off the amount as soon as it was paid out or at a maximum within 6 months.

Unfortunately, some banks forgot to notify us when claims were settled during a disruptive period when they were dealing with a backlog of last minute claims post-August 2019 and were then ordered to work from home in March 2020 due to Covid-19. At this point, the FCA instructed Claims Management Companies like us to give the banks more time to recover. We stayed working effectively throughout but it affected the banks operations. We only invoice for our 20% plus VAT fee once we know that our client has received their payment from the bank and unfortunately, your lender only told us about your successful compensation payment after much chasing!

Really happy with the settlement…
Really happy with the settlement recieved from two claims. Really disappointed with the fact that the biggest claim took you just over two years to claim the commission, after everything that has happened over the last couple of years I naively had forgotten considering the time delay so it came as a massive shock to get a demand for nearly £2000. Not really what I needed during current financial times, if companies settle directly there must be a faster way of you claiming commission. Now I have a large amount sat on a credit card to add to the financial woe

Thank you for your feedback Claire, we too are happy with the settlements that we helped you to achieve. We are very sorry, however, that it took such a long time to invoice you. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control because some of the banks (as in this case) mislaid cases or failed to notify us that they had made an offer of compensation to a client when their normal processes were affected firstly by the backlog of claims they experienced after underestimating the amount of last-minute claims they would receive by the August 2019 PPI Deadline, and secondly, while they were still coming to terms with the backlog, they were further affected by the Covid-19 government lockdown in 2020/21. We continued to chase banks for information on cases that appeared not to have been concluded by the banks and conducted a reconciliation exercise with them to identify any errors on their part. This proved to be a slow process at the banks but we invoiced you as soon as the bank confirmed details of your successful payout that they had, in error, not informed as at the time of making payment to you. We are pleased to have helped you to achieve two successful cliams but are very sorry for the inconvenience that the banks late notification and our subsequent late invoicing caused you.
