Saw a post on Facebook for a trip to Krakow. Filled in a few details and a lovely lady named Kyla Brown contacted me via wattsapp. She was really helpful and answered all my questions with professionalism. I have never booked a holiday so easily. Would highly recommend. Myself, my daughter and Granddaughter are now looking forward to our short break in May 27. Thank you Kyla for making it so easier. A few issues, the hotel had no air conditioning, the trips were great but not long enough to have a break for coffee or something to eat, a long day in the heat, but loved the country

I booked a rather complex trip involving lots of train travel with Olivia. I have to be honest I’m quite tricky to please and I asked her on various occasions to change hotels to my required choice. She did this very promptly and efficiently and to be fair the overall booking process was excellent. She was incredibly patient with me and extremely helpful. I just hope the trip works as well as the booking process did.

Unfortunately, due to a change in recent personal circumstances, I wasn't able to take up the offer of them. Very reasonably priced trips too.
