Best staffing company out there, Chris has a great process for getting the best setters and closers. Got two people from him, took less than a week for me to get into final interviews with qualified candidates and they didn’t disappoint. Would highly recommend!

We engaged with Find Me Staffing Solutions to help us find two sales reps.
It was a rocky experience to say the least. I feel I was very clear about what we wanted and needed for our role, but we kept getting unqualified candidates. It was very frustrating because I tried to clarify why each candidate was not a good fit and not what we were looking for- but, it felt like it was falling on deaf ears.
Then they brought us one candidate, who seemed decent, and who the owner knows personally and vouched for him. We hired him, but after a month, he ghosted us and took another job and didn’t tell us. He was a W-2 employee, not a contractor. (And, this was after paying him two weeks of paternity leave, after only being here for a few weeks. Now, that’s obviously my mistake not Find My Staffing Solutions, but why the owner would vouch for such a human being, says something to me).
Also, I had to babysit the engagement. Weeks would go by without any communication at all. So I would have to text them just to find out what was going on. Every time I did, I would get a couple of candidates. But again, they were too low quality to even consider interviewing. And then they would go silent again for weeks.
At the end of the day, we never ended up making any hires through Find Me Staffing Solutions, we found our rockstar ourselves.
We paid for two upfront, so it ended up being wasted money.
And just to legitimize my review, I own a recruiting company. I was using this service to see about The becoming partners because they specialize in sales and at the time, we did not. But I would not recommend them to my clients.

I run an agency and many of my clients need salespeople to grow their business and sales at some point.
I have worked with Chris multiple times and every time my clients had amazing success working with Chris with quality sales people and great work ethic.
