I believe Findallrent company, has a great and user friendly platform for looking accommodation. And when I had some issue with regards to the payments, all was sorted out in a kind and respectful manner. Mr Ron, was very polite and understanding in his e-mail correspondence. Now this might sound simple, but for those who know how stressful it can be, in looking for a house, will appreciate and understand how a good customer service makes a person to feel.

It´s a waste of time in The Netherlands market
This is a paid subscription site. They promise access to contact details of landlords, but what they provide is links to plenty of other sites where you have to pay again for access to details... It´s a waste of time. Besides, you cannot cancel your suscription inmediately. I do not recommend to use this site to search room in The Netherlands. I don´t know if it´s useful in other countries.
And I continue now answering to your reply. As I said, I don´t know if in other countries Findrentals provides with any direct leads, but as far as I can check in my search for a room/studio in Tilburg (The Netherlands) all leads you provide are links to other NON FREE sites. If I want to contact the landlords, I have to register and pay for access in those sites. Therefor, my advise to people looking for housing in The Netherlands is that Findallrentals is a waste of time. Skip them and go directly to other sites.

Terrible website / service
Terrible website / service. Did not help me at all in finding a place to rent, and they continued to charge me the monthly fee after I DELETED my account. When I contacted customer service they said that I needed to cancel my subscription, and refused to refund me the charges even after acknowledging that my account had been deleted. I couldn't even log in to the website because there was no account to log in to, yet they continued to charge me for it.

Looking for a house, I registered on this website. The first thing that happened to me was to be contacted by email by a scammer. Although I reported this to Customer Service, I received no response. It doesn't seem like a promising start.
LE: received second e-mail form another scammer, no response from Customer Service.
