Update to my previous review on Subscription Funds taken during trial period
I previously posted a review regarding my experience with this company. The had a representative named N***i from their Customer Satisfaction Team get in touch with me, who promised to personally review my case and find a resolution. After submitting information she requested, she never returned my emails ever again. I have mail tracker which proves she opened every email I ever sent, but chose not to respond once she had the proof that I was scammed. Even when I sent several follow up emails stating that I would be reviewing the company again, and using her name as the person who promised to personally find a resolution to my issue, I have still not received a response. I received an email about a week ago from Trustpilot indicating that 21 people had viewed my previous post and sent it to N***i hoping this would generate some form of acknowledgment. I also mentioned that I had escalated the transaction to my bank for a fraud investigation. That didn't even prompt her to respond. For a company who has a dedicated division to resolve client issues named "Customer Satisfaction Team", their client service is extremely terrible and I now finally have to admit that I have been scammed by Findallrentals. I would advise anyone looking for a rental property to stay well clear of this company. Property24 is far more credible and scam safe.

I was robbed as many people are who use this. You start of by only paying 19 rand then randomly R750 gets taken from your account for services you did not use and when you request a refund you are told to wait for 3 business days for them to respond… the experience is terrible

My money was stolen from my account without my consent, taking advantage of the fact that I paid with my card details for 24 hours and then the money was stolen from my account. I was not asked clearly before withdrawing the money whether I wanted a subscription or not, I was simply scammed. In addition, I do not know English and I could not understand all the scams you are doing.

The fineprint is a trap. Paying a very small trial fee of R19 but then billing R750 automatically after the trial period should be illegal. The site is very poor with very few properties. Property 24 has way more options for free. Thisnis a scam.

Not even worth a one star
Not even worth a one star. This platform has not assisted me in anyway. I paid for a 7 day trail and within that 7days tried to get contact details for a landlord for a property i was looking at and it kept giving me a system error. No help from the support team and now they keep trying to debit my account for R750 which I dont understand because no where did I agree to this. Absolutely disappointed with this platform.

Clear Subscription Trap
This platform’s billing practices are completely unacceptable and deeply misleading.
I signed up expecting to pay a once-off R19. Without any clear, prominent warning, that amount suddenly escalated to R750 per month. This was not transparently communicated at the point of sign-up, and burying such a massive price increase in terms and conditions is not acceptable.
I only discovered these deductions months later—after a significant amount of money had already been taken from my bank account. This is not just poor communication; it feels intentionally deceptive.
A company that operates this way shows a complete disregard for its customers and their finances. No reasonable person would knowingly agree to such a drastic charge without clear, upfront disclosure.
I have now cancelled the service and will be taking this matter further. I will also be reporting this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly warn others to avoid this platform and to carefully check their bank statements if they have ever interacted with it.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging.
