Firstly I still cannot believe there is customer service that is this excellent, the response was not not robotic but humane,thoughtful..
I requested a cancelation on my account as a first timer,by right they had right to charge my card as I had agreed to the conditions (which i unfortunately did not read through)
I reached out to support and was swiftly responded to by a lovely lady by the name Sabrine😊
Needless to say,she explained fully how the plans work but exempted me from paying what I was supposed to pay.she paid attention to my situation and I am beyond grateful.

I signed up for a “trial” for R19 to access landlord/agent contacts.
Shortly after, FindAllRentals (appearing as “RENTOLA* FINDALL” on my statement) charged R750 without my consent.
The company provides no clear way to cancel, and customer service is unresponsive.
I had to dispute the charge with my bank to try and recover the money with no luck.
This feels unfair and deceptive — be careful if you consider using this service.

I got scammed
I got scammed, what ever you do, do not sign up. You'll pay R19 and will suddenly have R750 taken from your account on the seventh day that was supposed to be part of the trial period. The don't make it clear that they will automatically take your money or how much they will take. Update: I have been constantly emailing them refusing to accept that they didn't steal my money, they got so tired of me they gave me a 50% "goodwill refund". If you got scammed like me, don't stop demanding a refund. New update: Dear findallrentals, just because you gave me 50% of my money back does not mean I am happy with the rest of my money being stolen. Nearly every single review states that you are scammers, maybe it's time to stop and see that you are the problem and everyone you have scammed knows it.

Site needs to be taken down

Most of the listings appearing at the top of the list are out of date with the site that the listing is taken from. R750 is a ridiculous subscription fee and that is why the amount is hidden in the terms and conditions rather than being clearly visible when signing up.

I was asked to pay R19 just to unlock access and connect with an owner for a rental enquiry. I went ahead and paid, only to find that they upgraded my account without my consent. No details were provided in their confirmation email, no proper explanation of what I was supposedly being “upgraded” to, and no clear way to contact them directly for assistance.
Just as another token to this lovely website – the very listing I enquired about turned out to be from a known scammer in the area. So much for their so-called “vetting process.”
This is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate money trap. Instead of helping me connect with property owners, it left me out of pocket and frustrated. If a company has to trick people into hidden charges, ignore consent, and allow scammers to advertise freely, it’s not a legitimate service.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from Find All Rentals.

ditto as per Ms Bam review. This company must be fraudulent. I too paid R17 to apparently received access to the Landlord's contact of the place/s I wished to rent. Paid and then each time I clicked on to contact Landlord the system hung and then reverted to showing me ( all these supposedly wonderful places to rent..... )
Today ( 7 days later they tried to deduct the R750 from my bank, apparently within every 28 days you pay R750 for updated access to contact the Landlords )
