Myself, my parents & my aunty & uncle booked 3 separate villas with Fincallorca for my wedding that was supposed to be this August, with mine being a 30 person one. We've ended up having to postpone our wedding due to covid & honestly I've never known a company be so unhelpful, uncompassionate and just pure greedy. We've all paid them a large deposit, and asked if we could transfer the bookings to next year for the new wedding date. For 2 out of 3 bookings they've said a straight no, and also asked for 75-90% of the payment due to us not coming at such a late date. I even offered to let them keep the deposit & pay completely again but they just would not be flexible in the slightest. At such a horrible time in general they have added so much more stress to my situation. They also allowed someone else to book our villa for the new dates whilst I was discussing with them to move the booking, so we've now got to find accommodation for 30 people at an already busy time with so many weddings & holidays being rebooked. Every single travel company I know are being flexible during such uncertain covid times & I think it's disgusting the way they've treated my family & I. Would not recommend & will never be booking with them again.

the mails sent by Fincallorca are really stressfull , normally I rent houses straight from the owner and it is more relaxing

Great company, excellent customer service. We booked a beautiful villa through Fincallorca in summer 2019, the whole process was very straightforward and easy. They answered our emails in a timely manner and were very helpful. And we had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

This year we made another booking through Fincallorca. Unfortunately, the British Government added Spain including Mallorca to their no-go-to list which made our travel insurance invalid. We asked Fincallorca to negotiate with the villa owner on our behalf and together we found a solution. We received a voucher (for the same villa) for the value of our deposit. The voucher is valid until December 2021 which is great. Also, the cancellation of our booking was made free of charge which was a very kind and generous gesture. Thank you Fincallorca. We do appreciate it and we'll definitely be returning customers for many years ahead.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 travel restrictions etc, our much anticipated trip from the UK to Mallorca won't happen this year :(

However, Lara and the team at Fincallorca couldn't have been more helpful. They have enabled us to re-book for next year and responded quickly to all our queries with kindness and patience - which has helped make such a surreal situation less stressful for our family. Thank you team.

Now looking forward to a proper holiday in 2021!

My family and I went to Mallorca last year. We came across Fincallorca online. I was imidiately impressed by the information level, which suited us. I was surprized by the numbers of interesting fincas, which We choose from. The team behind answered swiftly on several occasions, which was appreciated. We found our dream house, which did not let our expectations down upon arrival. Great feature with videos and lots of pictures. Definitely not the last time We use Fincallorca. I'd like to see the same concept for Costa del Sol and italy too.

We had perfect week in a charming country house, surrounded by sheep and vineyrds. Since we all wanted to escape the summer tourists, the finca Es Moli Son Maiol was our perfect place of retreat from where we still could reach all destinations easily that we have planned to go. Gil was very kind and helpful with everything and he also helped us finding good restaurants. We really enjoyed staying at the house, since every one had his own space, with own bathroom. The pool area was fantastic and the terrace would have been also great if we didn't have so much wasps, that were quite annoying. So we just couldn't eat outside the rest of our stay. All in one it was a great stay and would like to come back once again. Thanx to Gil again!

Excellent experience using Fincallorca to book our Villa in Sa Coma this year .
From initial enquiry to booking and payment etc,etc all was handled by them in a timely and professional manner, on line , by emails and a couple of phone calls.
All dealt with in English with no issues.

Everything has worked really well from inquiry, quotation and booking. Perfect Finca in Mallorca that clearly lived up to the pictures from the website - all in all my best recommendation.

I spent a week in a villa called mil Flores, on the island of Majorca. The initial booking went without any hiccups and so did the communication. This is from my experience, an excellent company. Even though they are based in German there wasn’t any problems. The villa mil Flores is just an exceptional place to stay. Watch the video on you tube.
The inside is spacious. The outside is amazing. Lovely well kept grounds. Great pool area.
The villa us in the county but not to far away from the town. The views are amazing.
The villa has a bar area where we congregated most evening. This has a BBQ situated inside.
Pedro looks after the villa when the guests depart to get it ready for the next guests. He is a great guy. Just ask him for any and he will get it for you.
I wouldn’t hesitate to return to mil Flores with all its charm.
This villa is definitely recommended
