We have just come back from a stay in one of the villas in Mallorca. On arrival the owner told us that there was such a breeze that you didn’t need air conditioning at night. Perhaps we should have been suspicious as from the first night the air conditioning would not work. It went on stop, start or just plain stop and the rooms were unbearably hot. We were a family party with elderly grandparents, a pregnant woman and 4 children under 5. This severely disrupted our holiday.

They sent people round to fix it and kept telling us it was sorted, only for the system to fail again shortly after.

When we contacted the company about reimbursement for our situation they offered us a derisory 6% back.

From the beginning to end fin allot a were brilliant.
Any questions we had were answered swiftly and precisely.
The villa was as stated.

We can recommend this as a very nice location when visiting Mallorca.
We had a wonderful vacation for a family birthday celebration.

Fincallorca really knows their stuff. I've never seen a more detailed and thorough information package ahead of travel, and the house was exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone going to Mallorca.

We hired a villa through Fincallorca for the first time in 2020 after finding a suitably sized property for all the family. After being unable to travel for the original booking due to the pandemic, we were able to reschedule the booking to this year for the same week with no issues. As time got closer to our departure we had concerns with regards to ‘amber countries’ turning red and the rules regarding testing etc. Luckily we were able to travel and had a great time. Fincallorca were available via email and responded all the time. The necessary forms were sent to us and everything was relatively straight forward. I wouldn’t have a problem recommending to others.

Would never use this company again! They are out to get your money and do not care about anything else !
The company are very unhelpful. We thought we may not be able to travel due to covid and they said we lose our money if we don't go! We stayed at VILLA CAN RIUS IN MURO. had a lovely 2 week stay but be careful. We paid a LOT of money to stay in this villa. The sofas need replacing, the chairs in the kitchen are worn, no plastic ware to use outside. You have to pay for the WHOLE electricity in the villa for the duration of your stay. €150 euros for a 2 week stay for electricity is outrageous!! Your basically paying to run this huge villa for your stay for everything that runs on electricity! Be warned ! Also frogs around the pool at night so we couldn't go swimming.. and these frogs were in the pool too.
My daughters costumes and hair went a yellow/green tinge from the water and the owners are trying to tell us its nothing to do with their pool!
Do yourself a favour, book with a company that will refund you if you cannot travel. Also make sure you book with a company that include everything in the price !
The villa was not very clean. Dust in the corners, dead flies too! They don't clean or Mop under the beds or sofas. For this kind of money you expect top notch. Not 3 star! Never again!
