I had the misfortune of dealing with Jay Marrin. Finance That requests that you connect your bank account with them. Shortly after I did that $600 was taken from my account for no reason. I was able to get my money back with the help of my bank but Finance That is the only company that I connected to my account so, it must have been them that took my money.
I called in to speak to Jay but his number is no longer valid.
I called the other number and spoke to some trailer park trash lady who had tons of kids running around in the background. As soon as I brought up the matter with her she immediately got defensive saying it wasn't them and where's my proof. WTF? Total scam company. I gotta get a new bank account now.

Shady company that takes 2 weeks to complete the loan process and tell you at the end that they tack on a 900 dollar fee for processed. Also send out documents changing terms...READ YOUR CONTRACTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THEM!!!! I do give them credit, they did tell me I was getting screwed before I read the contract. Don't be afraid to cancel your deal before you sign the contract!

They does not care. Poor customer service. They set you aside if you are in poor credit score. Michelle Bragg was one of them. Stay away. They just collect information from you and leave you hanging.

Ok well this place is very unprofessional ive been approved for over a week now I compiled with all they T&C and still I have no idea where the status of my application is none they don't return phone calls emails nothing the woman I dealt goes Rosie Figliomeni she is a nice lady just very unprofessional so I went a step further and filed a complaint with the ministers office and will once per day until this is dealt with my time is just as important and I don't like it being wasted on other people's negligence ive really noticed almost all these places false advertise and dish out lots of mis leading info which ad far as I know is illegal so why should we tolerate it we shouldn't anyone out there thinking of dealing with them don't you'll only regret it ive never dealt with such a circus of business like this one its unbelievable if I could give th zero stars I would they just blow smoke up people's Butts just for the sake of doing so from what I can tell steer clear of this place for sure id also like to retract my comment about rosie being nice she isn't it times out she is a liar and only tells people qhat they wanna hear from what I've seen she isn't to be trusted if you are forced to deal with this company steer clear of her if nothing else

Well I’m writing a review based on the person I personally dealt with(based on other reviews id say some agents are not a ppl person) Ronald Scudder and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure it all worked out always promptly responded, communication can be key with these things! He killed it! If ever u feel like u got the wrong place or this isn’t the fit for u just ask for Ronald Scudder, he’s the guy that will make u feel right at home and he u find what ur looking for!

The agent I spoke to had a Hindi accent using a North American first name. (Robert). Big red flag! I put the brakes on when he wanted my SIN #! Identity thieves. BIG TIME!!! Don't do it!

Well I have to say I met a god sent when I met Daniel. He was the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond for me in getting me what I wanted, I couldn’t of asked for a better person for the job. He made things so much easier and stressless then you could imagine. If you ever deal with this company ask for Daniel I promise you, you will not be disappointed, I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks so much !!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! Started out great “you’re approved” “choose a vehicle”. I gave all me personal information,the person I was buying the vehicle did the same,12 days of “we’re working on it” In the end they never came through with anything,total incompetence,complete waste of my time,please take my advice and look elsewhere for an auto loan!!!!

They are advertising the car loan at 4.99% but when you call them, regardless of your credit score, mine was 835, they will tell you that the minimum rate is 10%. Don't waste your time.

These guys are AMAZING.. Filled out the application, was called back in 3 hours and everything was done in less than 24hrs.. The people were very informative and efficient and the rate was comparable with my bank except the speed was unparallelled. Thank You FT!

Rick is an amazing guy. Very nice and respectful. Very helpful aswell. But. I’ve applied over a week ago. I’ve sent all my documents. And Still no funding for the car after 5 days of being approved. It’s very upsetting. And if the car sells i’ll be even more upset.

I applied online, answered the plethora of questions and gave all my personal information. Then someone called, a day or two later and asked 20 more questions, all of which I aswered but they would still not give me any info such as an amount or even a rate.

Then they send me an email saying "congratulations on your conditional approval.

I replied approved for what amount, what rate? They still refused to disclose any information until I proved everything I had told them twice now, with documents. So three/four days into this and they still can't give me any information whatsoever.
It's literally a data collection company and certainly not someone anyone should trust with finances.

Red flag after red flag, you've been warned.

I filled out in sept of this year i been dealing with rick i sent him everything he asked for amd he keep putting me off and off he said he was working on my file at 10 am canada time and that was last week and also told me i know befor xmas as i am trying to get a rv for my summer job i do at campground and still nothing he told me all is good and still nothing now i am stuck

Finance That says they are BBB Accredited on their home page. The BBB says they are not. Who to believe Finance That or The BBB? Why does a Finance company need to lie about being Accredited with the Better Business Bureau?

Excellent company, they completed my deal in less than 24 hours and now I have my RV for the long weekend. Best company out there by far.

I submitted an app online on Saturday w, now Tuesday I can't get a return text email or phone call! I was told originally that I could get financed up to $25,000 for an RV in Alaska, on Saturday I was told they couldn't finance in Alaska but not to worry they could write the loan in Colorado where I live half the year. I submitted my information and since then NOTHING!! Luke Steele, Head of Finance for a total of Three months starting in April 2022 ( per your LinkedIn) you're doing a bang up job! Now I read on your reviews you don't do business in Colorado either???

This company ran my credit and then told me they don't do business in Colorado. Do not do business with this company. They are a scam looking for personal information.

I had the dream of owning a vehicle again and building my credit too. Jennifer at FinanceThat made it possible. She went of her way to make to explain each step. I highly recommend any one who's wanting to finance a vehicle to look into this company they are out of Ontario and I live in B.C. and even that wasn't a issue.

I liked the personal attention and perseverance in getting my bike load done. Awesome job Angie.

Great company with easy to deal staff and actually try to help. Got my atv financed without any issue.
