While our initial experience was smooth and helped us purchase a travel trailer to live in full time for a couple of months when we were between housing situations, we have had major issues since about 3 months into our contract. They erroneously charged us the provincial sales tax, as though they were a dealership, did not carry through with providing proper registration, and when we went to our provincial office to get the registration changed, we were required to pay the sale tax again. We have spent quite a bit of time trying to communicate with them as well as with SNB to clear this up. Also, the contact person has changed several times throughout this process. Our purchase was in August 2021.

After trying to make headway with the BBB mediating, we have now simply been ignored. The claim was they owned the unit, however, we purchased it locally in NB and picked it up ourselves. There are so many extra fees that we would disagree to now that we know, but that we just accepted up front as we were quite desperate for something to live in.

Most disappointing is the absolute silence through to our last attempt to communicate with them late last fall and their unwillingness to try to make this right, insisting they did everything correctly while SNB and an RV dealership we consulted assured us that this was mishandled.

I had a woman named Rosie who was extremely incompetent, rude, and couldn’t simply comprehend basics of the loan or give proper information. Absolutely horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this company/service to anyone.

Joeb was very polite and professional.
Made sure all of my information documentation went through accordingly and when there was an issue with a link he quickly followed up and helped me address the issue.
Even replied to me after hours when I needed assistance.

My contact mirelle was fantastic. Service was quick and easy. Highly recommend her and her company

Like any finance company it's always skeptical. After the first email/convo with JOEP RIJNBEEK, I knew this wasn't just any finance company. It was the ONE!
His attitude and helpfulness is one of a kind. Weather it was a phone call or an email, he was always there. Or as soon as
he could. He helped us get our camper that we never thought we would get approved for! We appreciate all the help and guidance he has given us to make this possible. THANKYOU⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Take on me all the way through the process told me I was approved for 22000 and blah blah blah blah blah got my bank information, my I. D everything and then g just completely started ignoring me and not answering my calls. And then sending me bullshit text messages. So I think there are scam

I don’t know where to start… I was undecided about getting an atv and then I seen a post on Facebook about finance that and thought about it and said what the heck I’ll try it and then I got a call from Rosie.. will she was the best she gave me all information needed even answered calls and texts while she was off and explained everything to detail.. from start to finish I always had contact.. I ended up finding a 2021 Polaris sportsman 570 and she made the process very easy it was 3 days and it was in my hands and I was riding…

When it was time to get the bike there was a mishap but Rosie even went as far has helping me personally because she knew how bad I wanted this and she wanted me to have it.. I will never forget the experience..

I will forever appreciate finance that and especially Rosie for all her generous actions and kindly advice for making the process easy..

Ps. Sorry Rosie for the long time to post…but I could say so much more but I’d be all day..

It is sad how they cannot be honest and upfront. I applied for a Loan they said no. They have ads saying all credit approved. It is a company to stay away from. Misleading ads...what else would they do wrong ??

This was an awesome experience. Joep Rijnbee Was amazing through the whole process. Communication was on point I never had to wait for a response he got back to me right away. He went above and beyond for me. I can’t thank him enough. He really cares about his customers. I will definitely use finance that in the future. Thanks so much for a awesome experience

They should really change their ad considering they are NOT able to help every or all credit, no where close to being fast about anything and they have very POOR communication skills! I DO NOT recommend them to anyone! Amy doesn’t know how to communicate at all and always left us unclear about everything and now my wife’s credit score has taken a hit and lowered her score
For nothing!! Reporting them to the better business bureau as well!

Hi I Found Finance that Company by online but now onwards i will also recommends to my friends and family and I just connected with them. Zeyad the person i spoke to and he is very nice and friendly person and he got the approval very quick for our vehicle. His work is very professional and even he gives reply on weekends and on holidays. I will say Thank you to him for done nice Deal. In Future when i have to buy another vehicle then again i will see him.
