Stay away from this!

Stay away from this!! A genuine fraud! Placed an order and paid for it. I never received any order confirmation, nor an answer on my multiple requests via the contact form on their website. The email addresses that are mentioned on their website do not work, all mails return undelivered. Real thieves! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

No shipment, no response, no customer care

I put an order on this website and I just didn't get anything, my money was taken and the order status remained "processing" for one month. Despite the claim that the product would be sent within 7 to 10 days.

I tried messaging the customer care to cancel the order, via the contact section of the website and via email, but I didn't get an answer.

I finally had to get refunded via paypal.

Beware of this 'establishment'

Beware of this 'establishment'. Placed an order on Nov 14,2022 for EUR 950.00 Does not respond to emails, follow ups nor status of order. It is now Feb 15, 2023 and still no delivery. The only time I received a response was when my bank card processed a credit. Stay away and heed other people's negative experiences and reviews.

The Atamaca leather jacket I ordered…

The Atamaca leather jacket I ordered online is still in a perfect condition after 1 year! I love this jacket as the color is beautiful and the inner lining made of silk is my personal note ;) the guys of finaest are making a great customer service by showing you different options you can choose via images and suggesting you what comes best!

I bought a Finaest blazer for my boyfriend after he is a big fan of their instagram and i was really positively surprised about the great quality and fit of this blazer! It’s a perfect combination of Italian chic and high quality for a really good prize. The Blazer already arrived in a sweet box with a little personal message! I could gift it to him without adding a lot here. Thanks for the fast delivery and perfect gift!

Absolutely the best made to measure…

Absolutely the best made to measure suit I could dream of! The guys are taking their time for you and you can design your personalized outfit here. I can’t complain about the prize as well - really a perfect customer service here ! I was in Turin for a short trip and since I bought a Finaest polo on the website before and I was really happy I also visited the showroom in Turin, where the owner personally took my measurements - thanks guys I love your polos online and the suit is amazing as well!!!!!

Worst Online Shopping Experience

Finaest has offered nothing but the worst online shopping experience for me.

Should have heeded other reviewers' feedback before purchasing from them. Ordered a pair of Abici wooden-bicycle-grips in Nov 2021, 3 months later, my order is nowhere to be seen.

Tried WhatsApp - Edoardo initially told me Abici has closed down but all the shipping documents are in place, the courier will pick up, and I'll receive everything in a few days. No news after checking back every other week.

No one replies to emails or calls! Now I can't cancel or refund my order?? This is unnecessary stress for customers.

If the supplier or company has closed down, why are their products still listed on Finaest?

Does not respond to emails. Took one month to ship glasses. Charges $40 COD for shipping without notification. Very poor company. Use any alternative. Luca is not a good person.

NO SERVICE!!!

I ordered a Parajumpers coat from them and they shipped it really fast (DHL Express) so overall I was very pleased with the company until I received the coat.

The coat was authentic but it was not as described on their website. It was not a huge different (but not a minor either...) BUT for the price I expected it to be 100% as described. I emailed them twice but they never emailed me back. I even tried to call them several times but no one picked up which was weird - the number was their Italian shop's number and I doubt that they were busy with their clients EVERY time I called. I'd return the coat but after all this I cannot be sure they'd even refund me everything...

I should've listened to other reviewers on Trustpilot before making a mistake ordering from them. I was fooled by the fact that they had a lot of followers on Instagram and Facebook. I thought they must have a great customer service since they've got so many clients.

So bottom line, DON'T order from them because if something comes up, you are screwed and they won't provide you any service!

Appalling

Finaest needs to get their suppliers in order. Customer services repeatedly promised my order would be sent 'next week' - four months later, nothing. It took a further three weeks for the company to action a refund. A shambolic experience from beginning to end. Best to avoid.

We are sorry for the experience with Miserocchi, but we were also strongly damaged from this situation, so much that we severed relations with the supplier.

Although we have never denied the refund, we asked patience believing in good faith of one of our main suppliers.
Once we recognized Miserocchi's inability to remain committed, we proposed a solution with a strong commercial discount or full refund.

We hope to have the chance to proving our value.

Worst experience ever.

Delayed deliver, € 23 charge for returning goods and at the end you even need to pay the PayPal fees for them. Do not make the same error.

Unpaid Partner

As a brand who used to sell our products on FINAEST.COM - we haven't got paid the last 4 invoices and we get no answer to emails or phone calls to the company.

They have also removed our products from the website, without giving any notice - which also breaks the terms of our contract.

I wouldn't recommend to any brand pursuing a business partership with FINAEST.COM

Good customer service, arrived on time

I bought a pair of the Miserocchi loafers from Finaest because of the great price and free shipping. I missed the fact that they take 14 working days to acquire so sent an email after a week wondering when they would arrive. Customer service responded quickly and told me they would arrive by the end of June, which they did today! Very happy.
