Shipped super fast! Received my order in less than 48 hours (Italy). Got a very good deal on the product. It was packed securely with care by Martina.

The order arrived late and was a gift for my partner. When trusting the boots on they come up 1-2 sizes bigger than the site gives guide for. When asked for exchange they said they do not exchange outside of Italy and will not accept return because it is outside there deadline. Very poor service and experience would not use again.

The worst company ever.They send me faulty shoes (I order shoes size 8 and one pair of shoes was small and another pair very big, one feet didn’t fit at all and another one is too big the feet going out when walking)and charge me for delivery and return fee £90. But there was only their fault and I didn’t understand why they charge over £90 and didn’t give me my full refund. So guys avoid to this company.

I ordered a pair of Dsquared2 sneakers and received them 5 days later. I am extremely satisfied.

I received everything I ordered at a big discount.

There client services is very bad. I want to make my order, and for 4 days the website is go down. I wait for next week, and ask client service: can I pay out of website, they said - yes. 1-3 hours ignoring me. And after this say, thay we can not complete your order. They waste my time. Very bad

This is a terrific dealership. Colleen Sheehan and her team provided me with top notch and superb customer service. Her attention to details is spotless. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Each car they have has a different personality and unique feel. The feeling of power that their car possesses is massive. Seeing their car selection is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ferraris Online is absolutely a fun place to visit, awesome scenery, and not crazy expensive cars like some of the other dealerships prices are. Totally worth the $$$ and your time. I think you will love it!

Be careful. Not even a star they don't deserve it. they sell fake products. Shoddy. Do not buy. It's money thrown away. Bad experience. Never again. The first wash the product shrunk. You can't use it anymore. It no longer enters the head. They make fun. I squandered my money. It's not original otherwise it wouldn't get ruined in the first wash. I also have other designer hats they are always the same and will last a long time. And then when I contacted the assistance to say from my discomfort they also treated me badly. Saying that I washed badly? They called me a bully. But as an excuse a poor product that gets damaged in the first wash what stuff is it? Absurd . I just want your money. Disappointed. All here.

Wonderful service. Customer service went out of their way also with a phone call to make sure I would receive the items in good order and they kept me up to date with delivery which was very quick. Will definitely buy again from their website.

These guys are very bad. I ordered a pair of shoes 27 June the courier service kept me updated yet did not deliver. I had to leave Home on business I contacted them and they got back to me 2 days later as they were closed the weekend. They are now saying I have received them they are questioning me saying I’m not away on business because my I phone shoes I’m at home they are saying my package as been signed for and they are doing everything not to give me a refund. This review is 100 percent truth. I seriously would give it great thought before shopping here. I will also be making a complaint as I now feel this is fraudulent. I have paid for my product and still have not received it and I’m getting met with a multitude of excuses and doubts I would NOT recommend shopping with Ferrari’s boutique

The shoes were in a a very good shape. The boxing was great. The delivery came in less than 24 hours and I really liked that I recieved emails to track down my package. The only thing that I would like to point out is that I would prefer it if I knew a bit earlier the exact time of the delivery.

First time I ordered from Ferraris and as soon as my order was placed I was continuously notified regarding despatch tracking etc and everything was seamless from order to delivery! The item was in stock and I received regular updates until I received it which I have to say was a very speedy delivery! Item well packed and just what I wanted!
