Decent insurance service
Have a basic insurance for both of my cats. In general quite happy with the service: easy to fill in declaration, quick review and reply from the insurance. For the latest declaration insurance asked for the medical file, I sent it and received email with their decision next day, though the case was not the easy one.

Refuses to pay my bills on terms of wrong claim
Refuses to pay my bills as I am according to them, still in the 30-day waiting period but the 30 days are long over. When one tries to contact them they send you a response back with: we are currently very busy, please expect long waiting periods. This is the case every time. Avoid!
