Still Great but....

In the past I bought 3 gaming rigs from the old company.
Bought another one last year then all of a sudden had a complete system failure blue screen of death turns out it was the SSD Drive I bought the pc at the time for £1,056 think its on the website now at £1,499.
So now I'm having to have a new SSD xtra ram and a new cradle for the HDD which also failed total repair £450.
Workmanship on the pcs I noticed wasn't as good as it used to be so instead of spending £2k as I've just retired I thought I'd get this one mended.
I didn't know the company had gone into administration but I'm not really surprised after what happened to my rig In Just over a year

Good value for money, but

Good value for money, PC is working well. Communication could be improved, as described at each stage of the build. I did not receive any of this and had to contact the company myself to see how the build was going.

Well it was a new year so I thought I…

Well it was a new year so I thought I would treat myself to a new PC rig. The whole purchasing process was easy and simple and I received my PC the very next working day which was fab. After a month of enjoying the computer I started to develop a fault which led to looping blue screen of death. Now I know a little bit about computers so I did a little digging myself to see if I could find the issue. I eventually figured out that the cpu would only run on one core so immediately thought the worst. I emailed to support department who were quick to respond and we went back and forth trying to diagnose the problem. After a few days the culprit was either the cpu or motherboard so fierce pc were happy to receive the pc for repairs under warranty. The pc did arrive in 24 hours but unfortunately sufffered horrendous damage to the motherboard. It's like dpd had a competition to see who could volley the box the furthest. I was devastated. Fierce pc told me that all damage would be repaired under warranty. After a few weeks I now have my PC back in full working order. Brilliant service with some super helpful guys who tried everything in their power to make sure I was satisfied. Would definitely use again. Thank you guys

I had ordered a pc from there but I…

I had ordered a pc from there but I wanted to change my mind and to cancel the order, the website states that you need to contact customer service to cancel the order, which I did and I wanted the refund, 5 days and no response, which I understood as there was weekend and one bank holiday, so I contacted them again when it wasn’t a bank holiday to issue a refund and I never have gotten a response back from them! I won’t ever recommend to order from this company again if they don’t respond well enough to customer service or even have a cancellation button!

Sadly, we were not open over the bank holiday weekend (Friday 29th - Monday 1st, inclusive). I can see from your order that you placed the order after we had closed for the day on Thursday and then requested the refund on the Friday. We processed the refund on the Tuesday (2nd) which was the first day people were back in the office, after the two bank holidays, and the quickest we could possibly have processed the refund. We always aim to process cancellations as quickly as we can, and it was unfortunate timing that your cancellation request came in during a four day period of the office being closed. I hope now the refund has been processed, you're much happier with the service received.

Quick responses in regards to any questions I had. Runs the games I want just fine. Tarkov, dayz etc.
Solid all round, highly recommend.

I really liked the systems BUT that the…

I really liked the systems that the company produces but you have to keep badgering them for an answer, there is no chat line like other producers. I've learnt my lesson, poor communication will mean poor service so I'm going elsewhere. Sadly, that is 3.5k lost to them but at least I can purchase somewhere else knowing that the company is not going to fold etc. You need to up your game, especially given the past history of the company.

BTW: If you want to configure a PC - like most sites, don't use their stock builds, review the items. They will cream off as much as they can.

We would always recommend customers shop around for the best prices as we are confident in how competitive our pricing is. Our relationship with suppliers and being able to buy in bulk often means we can buy components much cheaper than if customers were to buy them themselves. The builds are completed and tested by our in-house experts and come with a 3 year warranty that people who build their own systems don't get. It's the competitive pricing and value added extras that often lead customers to choose a prebuilt system.

Great overall experience

Recently ordered a PC and I must say the experience was fantastic. Called customer services a couple of times with some clarity questions as it is a major purchase. On both occasions I not only had questions answered but advice was provided beyond what I’d asked for, that’s pretty cool nowadays! PC built quickly and arrived without delay and as expected. Now in and working and my kids love it! Overall, really happy!

Great experience

Needed a much larger, curved monitor. But couldn't pay in one go. Fierce enabled me to pay in 3, despite being a very competitive price.
The monitor arrived faster than I expected, packaged very well, in perfect condition.
An excellent experience from start to finish, and will certainly be back for the next item.

Fierce PC has gone bust

Fierce PC has gone bust, they are in administration search Fierce PC Limited on companies house. Why? because they sold PCs to innocent buyers that crashed and burned within the first 9-18 months of use. Ours, a Ryzen 5 5600x 16gb 240gb kept turning off (cheap graphics card that I now know is known to fail and memory storage inadequate). The Fierce PC brand has now been taken over by Punch Technology Ltd but veing sold under name Fierce - don't be fooled! steer clear!!

Even better value than advertised.

I didn’t realise how good the PC I bought from Fierce was until I started upgrading it. For one thing, the spec was wrong on a couple of points, but in a good way - I assume it was a parts availability thing, but the motherboard and PSU are both higher spec than I ordered, so I’ve been able to upgrade components significantly, and after having this PC for 18 months, I’m very happy with durability - no problems at all.

I’ve recently upgraded the RAM, installed an M.2 NVMe SSD, fitted a higher spec GPU, and added a silent fan. The case is full of spare connectors - I thought I’d have to add a power cable for the GPU, but there was one waiting in the case.

I probably won’t need to buy a complete PC from Fierce again, because I plan to build my own PCs in future, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a PC.

Simple

Quite happy with their service. Made very simple to order and keep track of your orders. Delivery wise - brilliant . Message on day of delivery( I've used the next day delivery service - spot on.) The worst company to build pcs I review…

The worst company to build pcs I review pcs online and this is the worst I have seen do not recommend. The power behind the pc crashed all the time, seemed to ignore me multiple times for a few days claiming it was a bank holiday when you have been ignored almost a week.
My power behind my pc has not been built correctly.
Do Not Buy!!!!!!!!
Support is awful!!!!
