I have not heard about my order for a while so I sent a support ticket but all I got back was a computer generated reply, very disappointed with the experience. I feel like I was fooled.

So decided to use a wedge of my bonus to get me a PC. I wanted something that could run games nice and easy, allows decent streaming and gives me a platform to code.

Researched fierce thoroughly and with the positive reviews - seemed like a no brainer!

I ordered a custom machine and the whole thing cost a DECENT wedge.

CONS:-
Let’s start with the negatives.
My motherboard was not in stock so it paused the promised delivery date to be missed. What irritated me here is - I found this out by calling them as opposed to them contacting me. If you’re spending 3K with an extra charge for a specific delivery, you’d expect some comms in that regard! This entirely took the shine off the whole experience.

When the machine arrived - I was not exactly overwhelmed with what to do. I’m not entirely new to PC building so knew what bits to remove, plug in etc (not lots) but as a UX designer, I find you need to be as inclusive as possible. If that was my mum for example - she’d have no idea what to do with no instructions to help.

PROS
So…that motherboard I ordered with my machine? They upgraded me to a slightly better one for free.

The machine itself is very well built! Whoever they have putting these things together, obviously take pride in their work and I appreciate that!

Machine arrived in perfect condition.

So…this SHOULD be a 5 star review given the build quality of the machine BUT the logistical failings and lack of proactive comms from Fierce - especially after spending such a hefty wedge… bad form! So…3/5.

Bought my PC in 2021 (a while ago I know). The PC came with specs as advertised, but they use the cheapest crappiest motherboard with no room for upgrades without gutting it and putting in a new one. The PSU is an 80+ Bronze unit but from GameMax who are known to have unreliable power supplies. other than that its a decent build but they need to stop cheaping out on the components that matter for safety e.g., PSU.

First time using this site to order a pc component. Had the wrong item sent out but was a genuine mistake. Quick to answer the phones and customer service "Oliver" sorted the issue out super quickly and the correct item re-sent and recieved within a few working days, very understanding and helpful on the call with a follow up email. Thanks!

Received my new pc today no issues whatsoever just plug in and play. Customer service was excellent i called a few times for updates and had a few questions they took the time to go through things with me and put my mind at ease . Can’t fault this company thanks again for building my pc and will use this company going forward for anything pc related.

Excellent customer service. PC was amazing and came with extra parts. I have had no issues and would recommend to a friend

I'd have given them less stars if I could.

- Promised 7 to 10 working days build time, actually took them 19 working days with NO updates. I had to manually milk information out of them constantly, if I didn't, I'd have had no idea what was going on with my PC.

- When I finally got it, they sent me the wrong PC. Had to send it back and wait even longer.

- Was told that both mine and the other guy's PCs would be sent back to the warehouse for testing before being sent back to us correctly.

- Clearly didn't go back to the warehouse, as I received my PC sloppily packaged, filthy (covered in dirty fingerprints, smudges everywhere) and the glass side was scratched. Not only that, but it DIDN'T TURN ON PROPERLY. The graphics card was compromised. I've had to ONCE AGAIN send it back.

- It took so long that I've started paying the finance for a product that doesn't work.

They thanked me for my patience when they got the order wrong initially... But this is taking the piss!!

If you want a PC delivered in good time, that's in a good state when it arrives and works, then DON'T go with Fierce PC!!

My rig cost me over £3300, you'd have thought they'd have more respect for your money and time, but clearly not.

I'm having to request a full refund and will be buying a PC from elsewhere.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

UPDATE: I've received my 3rd PC... apparently brand new with some upgrades... but surprise surprise, this one's broken too!

Can't trust them to do the bare minimum, and deliver me a working PC that I paid over 3 grand for!

PC FIERCEPC

Was eager for my new PC as it's a vast upgrade over my last one. There was some confusion with payment and when I called, they answered promptly and made sure all my questions were answered. The PC came as stated in the allotted time and came with free next day delivery. Arrived on a Saturday and it made my day. Packaged very well and safely and was super easy to setup and get running. Pretty much plugged it in and off I went! Highly recommend this place (:

Great communication overall, they'll respond to emails several times a day, and have a phone line as well.
PC arrived in perfect condition and I've had zero issues so far.

Only thing I would say is careful with that packing foam, it was so wedged in my pc that I couldn't gently get it out and ended up pulling the usb connection out, thankfully it wasn't damaged.

Having ordered a new PC for next day delivery, I was getting concerned that I had no Tracking number yet and it was midday.
So I called Fierce PC to ask about my order and was told that due to missing DPD collection, my pc would not be delivered until Monday, today is Friday, the day I expected the PC.
I spoke to Oliver, who after a short wait on hold, came back to me and said because they had just missed the pickup Thursday night, I will get the PC on Saturday. I took a day off work as holiday so I could be in to recieve the parcel and was about to cancel the whole order, but Oliver was excellent, calm, polite and assured myself that I will have a tracking number today for delivery tomorrow.
So Thank you Oliver and I will look forward to getting my brand new PC tomorrow. This is now my 2nd Gaming Desktop PC from Fierce PC and I have not had a single issue with it.
I am still using the pc today but at 4 years old, decided to buy a new one from a company I knew I could trust to deliver.

My experience with the company was great , they kept me updated with when the part was coming in and even told me when the item was being shipped. Also have a got back to me within a decent time

2 weeks from order to delivery, perfect service, awesome build. Couldn't be happier

Was very easy to select parts for a custom build.

Financed a £1k PC with these guys, for casual gaming, work and media. This is the 2nd PC I've bought from these guys. Very trustworthy, easily contactable and the PC always arrives clean and up to spec. No faults

Ordered a computer from Fierce PC. A total cost of £2,146.95

This is my second pre-built PC and it was a fair chunk of change. Once ordered I was sent a confirmation email and that was the last correspondence I got from the company.

I had paid and extra sixty-something quid for “express” build. This meant the PC would be built within 3-5 days and then 2 days shipping (I wasn’t expecting the two days ship, I live in Northern Ireland so fully expected it to arrive a little later).

Two days into the build time I decided to check up on the status of the PC however the order was still “processing” on their page. Left it another two days and same again.

So I called the company and explained what was going on. The gentleman on the other side of the phone was more than helpful and explained that they were waiting on the RAM to arrive that day and then it would be shipped. He then promised to refund the money for the express shipping as this would be outside of the time frame given. (Still have not received this refund a week on).

PC has now arrived. Unpackaged and tried to boot it up. Wouldn’t detect my monitor. Weird. Took a look inside and one of the RAM sticks was clearly not seated correctly. I have paid over £2000 to get a PC in which something as simple as the RAM wasn’t seated properly. Extremely disappointing.

Edit:
Received a phone call today from the company. Asked what they could to rectify the situation and ended the call on a good note. I have raised my review by two stars, customer service is absolutely on point.

Great experience, i just needed a barebones pc , motherboard , cooler , CPU and case , no one else would do this except for Fierce PC , build took 6 working days and got it delivered on the 7th , it was packaged well and looks fantastic , very neat cable management. Thank you.
