My experience with Fibrely as a home broadband provider was faultless—I never had any issues during my time with them. I eventually decided to cancel because a competitor was offering more for less, which made it an easy decision.
While the cancellation process itself wasn’t entirely smooth, the two agents I spoke with made a real difference. Jane and Miles are a true asset to Fibrely. Quick and simple
Always quick to answer and sorted the issue straight away. Matthew helped me today and was patient and stayed on the call whilst the reset happened. Call got cut off and they called me back so I didn’t have to go through the options again. So refreshing to have quick easy service compared to my previous provider.
