In the item description it clearly stated that it was the full gopro/webcam flex arm but then i noticed in small fineprint hidden on the site that it was just the clamp for the arm, nothing else. So i just got scammed.

Michael helped to organise the new delivery when the original not reached me because of the missing email address in the delivery. I got also the tracking list for check the status.

Great product
Product was as described and worked as a replacement battery in my 00's Samsung SC-MX10 camcorder. Shipping took quite a while(~3 weeks to Canada), but no complaints otherwise!

My delivery was once missed due to mismatch at contact data
My delivery was once missed due to mismatch with Finnish post and sent again. This time Lofty Aulio was following the delviery and sent me note that delivery is at pick-point and gave me the Finnish JJFI-code. I was able to solve the codes and now have the items. Without this e-mail and help fro Lofty delivery has not reached me and again sent back.

Never told where/how to pickup package
Two times in a row the package is supposedly awaiting pickup but no notification is ever sent nor any information about where the pickup location is located.
Tracking number is unknown to all major local carriers so total mystery who their local partner is or how to get the package.
