In June 2026 they sold me $73.50 worth of tickets to a North Sydney “Karts District” event in September that didn’t exist. There was no response at all from their “24/7” help service. They ignored multiple emails requesting a refund and they ignored a directive from NSW Fair Trading to contact me within a 2-week period to resolve the issue.

Requested two tickets for November…
Requested two tickets for November afternoon show. I was never notified during the purchase process of this, and instead, the date was changed to February. I was also informed that there were no refunds only rescheduling. Rather disappointing.
I did reschedule to November for the night show, which was discounted, but again, I would not be refunded the difference. Again, rather disappointing.

When buying tickets online the adult ticket had already been checked, so mistakenly I wanted 3 seniors.
Am I getting a refund or did you get away with trickery?

The Performers Brought Poe to Life
The mood was set beautifully. The themed drinks (cocktail and mocktail) with short breaks were a great touch! Danny Elfman's music was everything we expected. But it was the preformers who brought everything to life. I have a new and different appreciation for the works of Poe due to their interpretation. Also, being encouraged to attend in period dress was great fun for my adult grandchild and I.
