Poor business practices

Poor business practices. Prevents users from cancelling their policy. Hides ability to cancel and refuses to refund for requested cancellation. Recently increased their rates by 30%. Often denies claims with no justification. DO NOT USE. It will waste your time and money and add to frustration.

I have been with Fetch for a long time

I have been with Fetch for a long time. Here lately I have been having problems putting in my receipts. I will check the time and it says one day ago which is the 24 hour period for putting in five receipts daily and it says that I have reached my maximum of receipts in seven days so I have to wait 48 hours to get to put in 10 receipts. I don't know what is happening to Fetch. I guess they have grown up so much they can't keep up!

You have to pay attention using this…

You have to pay attention using this app cause many times I have noticed that I didn't get my points. The first time it happened, they corrected it, the second time, Kroger's had the tomatoes listed as, "pet" food so I got screwed out of some serious points. I don't know who's fault that is. The 3rd time I got ripped off 1,500 points on quaker oats. I bought 2 containers of gluten free oats and did not get credit. It said 2 boxs of any quaker product. That was on 10/02 & I didn't know there was a 3 day time limit. My best friend just had all her points wiped clean cause fetch said she hadn't used the app in awhile and her father's got swiped clean too. I feel cheated over the oatmeal like why does gluten free products not matter?

I loved fetch until I used goid RX and was suppose to receive 10,000 points for first use. I was never given the points. They gave me 1500. I sent the screenshots to emails (never can call to a person) proving I never received them and they continued to tell me they can confirm I did. But could never send me any screenshots back showing it. One rep said a certain date, when I sent a pic if that DAT showing nothing another rep answered the next email saying it was sometime in "July" and couldn't give a date. So lost out on 8,500 points.

Fetch review

I really used to like this app, but as of a few months ago all I can seem to get from each receipt is 25 points, I know inflation sucks but still should be more easier to get more than 25 points without purchasing a large amount!

I initially thought this was a good…

I initially thought this was a good App, but someone from Fetch removed thousands of points from my account (twice). They never gave me specific details, only some generic description. The only explanation I can think of, is that they felt I was earning too many? When I asked why someone was removing 1000's of points they said the matter is closed.
This company should be investigated.

I GOT JIPPED

When I went into my fetch to play my fetch games to earn points. It said that you had to be 13 years of age or older to have a fetch account. It asked me to confirm, that I was 13 or older, I confirmed it & they took my $50.00 Bass Pro Shop reward, that was ready to use away from me & I also had almost 3,000 extra fetch points that they took away from me! I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE FETCH TEAM SUPPORT A COUPLE OF TIMES WITH THIS ISSUE & GOT A COUPLE OF MESSAGES SAYING, THANK YOU FOR REACHING OUT & SOMEONE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME WiTHIN 24 HOURS!! I WAITED FOR 4 DAYS & GOT NO RESPONSE!! IT MADE ME FEEL SO MAD & FRUSTRATED!! IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED FOR YOU TO FIX THIS ISSUE & PLEASE GIVE ME MY $50.00 BASS PRO SHOP REWARD BACK & MY FETCH POINTS BACK!! ALSO PLEASE UNFREEZE MY FETCH ACCOUNT! RATHER THAN RESPONDING BACK TO ME, THEY FROZE MY FETCH ACCOUNT!

Need more points …

So far the app has given me the correct points when items on their big rebate list are bought. My only issue is if you're purchasing something for $25 or less, then 25 points is good. But even higher priced purchases are only 25 points. Anything over $100 should be 100-200 points. Alot of the items that give you more points are more expensive items or items I don't use. I have emailed Fetch and just get the generic email response.

Taking my points away from me

Twice now I have tryed to turn my rewards in. Twice I have been denied saying I was fraudulent in scanning receipts. I work at a dollar general. I do most my shopping there. I have three different cards I use. I guess they are saying I’m scanning other receipts that don’t belong to me. So, so wrong. I’m a honest person and was only scanning my receipts. Very pissed off. I will be looking for a different app to scan my receipts. Thanks but no thanks.😡

This Company should be investigated if…

This Company should be investigated if the government would implement regulations for “pet insurance.” They are fraudulent. Claims will be proceed in 14 day (NOT), just submit the paid invoices (NOT), easy customer service (NOT).

Third claim trying to get processed and this one was over $2,000 for an emergency. Better off saving your premium payments and using them for your vet bills.

God bless anyone who trust them.

Dishonest Company. Will not pay.

This company will make every attempt to invalidate any reward points you might have accumulated when you try to cash in your gift card rewards. Customer service is horrendous when I tried to contact to understand why the company auto-deleted 26k worth of points that they won't return.

Don't waste your time on Fetch Rewards…

Don't waste your time on Fetch Rewards App. They are frauds, scammers, and liars!! They will take your points and you want get anything in return nor get your points back. Then they try and justify why they can't give your points back or the reward stating submissions may have violated their policy!! 🤣🤣 when all you do is scan receipts!! Again DO NOT waste your time!! I only gave them a 1 star rating because it would not let me give them a zero!! Scamming again!!

Fetch doesn't accurately apply points

On September 8th, the Fetch app informed me I earned 1,760 points on a purchase. I was already over 37,000 points but my current total is only 37,448. Fetch is insistent the points were added but if that were true I'd be over 38,000. No one will confirm the totals pre and post purchaseand the app doesn't keep a tally anywhere, the consumer has to manually keep or trust the total that is being shown. I wouldn't normally notice but over 1000 points is a noticeable difference.

Not a quick way to earn points

It will take you forever to earn a gift card at 25 points per receipt. The Erecipt part of it is always having issues either disconnecting or not reading the receipts at all. Teh "deals" points do not post right either and they find a way to reward less then what the offer says. This has happened to me many times. I buy exaclty what it says yet I get only part of thepoints, then I am told they is an issue that will be resolved yet I do not ever receive the points. Customer service is just plain rude period, and the make up stuff as they go too. I have been using this app for years, and as long as you have time to kill and shop a whole lot, and keep every physical receipt then this is the app for you. I just want to be clear this is not a quick way to earn points to redeem. Oh and they had a spin and win to get extra points every day when you uploaded a receipt, they did away with that and now it is only some times you may get to spin and win, because they want to make sure you do not earn points to easily.

This is the second time Fetch has declined my reward stating that I was not following their policies. I asked what that meant and they said that they felt that I did not purchase the items. Well, I did. And I don’t know what made them feel that I didn’t. on top of that, they deleted all the points in my account twice in a row. I’m done with this app. I can’t be bothered.
