Had a change in circumstances and the company do not care
Had a change in circumstances and contacted the company as they advise online.
Had a response to say account was on hold.
They then re took the money and have left me with nothing in my bank and then sent an email to set up a plan. Once I receive my final response letter I'll be referring to Financial Ombudsmain service
I have severe ill health issues and the extra pressure isn't helping me to manage.
I dont recommend so save yourself the hassle

Grateful for acceptance but the APR IS EXTORTIONATE almost double what is loaned but as I chose a smaller amount it’s not the worst but certainly not the best

They delivered as promised
They delivered as promised. After verifications, the fund were disbursed despite the fact that it was on a weekend. I made the application thinking it will be disbursed on Monday but was disbursed on that same Saturday, which really helped.

This has been the worst customer…
This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They act polite in written replies on here, but as soon as you reach out directly, they’re abrupt, dismissive, and show no empathy. When you try to raise a serious concern, including a doctor declaring you unfit for work, they go back and forth for weeks, arguing instead of helping.
Even after I sent my fit note, they kept demanding bank statements, despite being told repeatedly that the statements would only show I had been working until recently. They ignored this completely. I also explained that my partner will be paying the remaining balance, and they had nothing to say except that they “won’t help” without more evidence.
Absolutely unacceptable service. Avoid at all costs.
