The initial set up was simple and easy
The initial set up was simple and easy. I have enjoyed texting with my NP, Khulood and she gets back to me in a reasonable amount of time. So far, one issue I am having is I cannot access my treatment plan in my chat history; it has been blocked. I have asked Khulood about it, so hopefully, it can be fixed.
Also, I was very happy to be found eligible for the program I am receiving from you as my family doctor has been unwilling to provide me with HRT!

I finally felt heard
I finally felt like I was being listened to and not dismissed or minimized. A treatment plan was offered and all my questions were answered in depth!

I received a message last week and thought I was answering questions from the nurse practitioner. Then I had to pay $40. for a "visit" where nothing was resolved anyway.

The messages you answered last week were from your practitioner about your renewal visit, which they use to review your responses, update your treatment plan, and issue your next prescription so you can keep taking your medication. The $40 covers that review, and the outcome was that your practitioner renewed your prescription, and your new prescription is on the way. If anything about the plan still doesn't feel resolved, you can message your practitioner directly through your Felix account at no extra cost, and they'll be happy to follow up with you.
