Ordered 19th march...money taken out..waited for delivery...nothing. emailed very apologetic...said another in post. Never got it. Emailed them again...said they refund money...guess what?? Still waiting...AVOID THIS SITE

Good value product

Ordered 12th March, payment taken, no delivery. Chased it up and got a grovelling apology. Promised the item, but it never turned up...
Chased again and no joy, apparently I'll be getting refunded. What a joke.

Rubbish, ordered some aftershave had to chase up the order after the delivery date had past, took a long time for response still no delivery after they telling me it’s been delivered but it was another delivery from what I can assume was their sister company
This order did not arrive nor did I get any updates without me having to chase it up

There was a slight delay in delivery - I wrote to Feel Gorgeous customer services and they replied within minutes to apologise and say they were on it. Delivered a couple of days later, exactly what I'd ordered, very satisfied and happy.

Arrived later than quoted , however only a few days over time stated. Product as described and my mother happy with her perfume, thank you

Excellent service, 1st item went missing & was quickly sorted after contacting your customer service.
It arrived late for my mum for mother's day but she understood! She loves the perfume!!

Worst company
I ordered something on the 2nd of March and supposed to be arrived within 12.
We are end of March, still not arrived,
When I asked them for refund they stop replying.

There was some delay with delivery initially but customer service kept in touch every step of the way to sort this for me

I ordered a perfume which hadn’t arrived after two weeks. I emailed them and they expedited a replacement immediately ! Very impressed! The perfume was an excellent price too!

Absolute scam. Ordered something on 5th March, never arrived. They fobbed me off when chasing by email (because their phone number seems to be disconnected), and even then it takes days for them to reply. No tracking info, no updates from their side. Just me chasing them, 50 quid out of pocket, my husbands birthday present never arrived, and I have spent more time trying to sort this than I care to count. Wish I'd seen these other review before ordering. If this business is real, which I suspect it isn't, it's run like a high school business studies project.

EDIT: After a few weeks, I received the product so I have changed this review from a one star. I won't go higher than this as the service was horrific, but the parcel did arrive in the end, and it was well packaged.

As they say does what it says on the box.Good price well packaged good delivery. I'm happy

I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER.

Order FG15116 has not been delivered yet, but said between Wednesday 13th - Friday - 15th March. It's now Monday 18th March and still no delivery. I am going on holiday next Monday and want it here by then. Can you confirm it will definitely be here ASAP?

Please avoid this company at all costs, placed order via clear pay 4th March, as soon as the order was placed I was sent an email saying my order was delayed due to high demands of orders and to use code D5LAY.
On the 11th March I emailed them saying there is no delivery, they told me they looked into it and it’s on its way please wait wed-fri for delivery.

I emailed again yesterday asking for the tracking order, and they give me a refunds via my clear pay. As they did not have anymore in stock to give out!

Why would a company send a fragrance out and send another one if it was lost in transit??! No one would wanna be out of profit!

I would not order from this company at all, they also an other company called look incredible.

I think they are advertising themselves with heavily discounted goods to get people’s money,

Luckily I did get a refund but like I say I ordered with Clearpay:

I don’t believe at all that my goods were shipped

My order never turned up but i did get a email from royal mail giving me a day and time but still didn’t turn up , so they told me i would receive another one , which was sent on special delivery still not got it . But now they emailed me saying i will get a refund has requested I didn’t request a refund just wont my goods . Will now wait to see if my refund turns up

Ordered 4th March with expected delivery 11th March (why so long?) eventually got a tracking number on 12th March which showed that on 11th March Royal Mail was 'expecting' the parcel, this didn't change and on 18th March Feel Gorgeous cancelled my order even though I was prepared to wait.

Not sure if this is a legitimate company, also not sure why there was a 7 day turnaround for one item and then a tracking number given which didn't go live. Not sure my parcel ever left their warehouse, if it even exists?

Currently waiting on my money back (£85) but not even sure if I will receive this.

Very good products and good quality great value for money

Placed order on 2/3 then received email on 7th saying order was delayed due to high volume of orders. Emailed them on 12th asking for update and to cancel order if not shipped but have had no contact in return. Have had no update on when I can expect my order and have had no refund either. They gave me a discount code of d5lay but I can assure you I won’t be using it just for another order to be delayed 🙄
