Poor customer service

Never received my item

Never received my item, poor customer service. DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS & when they do the response is “please wait 10 working days” my order was placed in April!

Still haven't received my order

Still haven't received my order , it's been 6 weeks!!! I've sent 6 emails and 2 social media message, and not one person has got back to me! Disgusting service and I am demanding a refund!!

Product is ok

Product is ok. No residue on my hairs and you can’t see that anything is applied however, minutes after applying, my hairs just fall back into place. I’ve used a couple of times but won’t be using again I’m afraid.

Didn’t receive my product. It’s been 7 weeks now and also no replies to any emails. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Steer clear!

Loved this product

Loved this product! I’ve been wanting laminated brows for ages and obviously haven’t been able to in the lockdown, the soap is brilliant! Would definitely recommend for a quick brow fix!

Waited 3 weeks for a product made in China?!

I always research companies to make sure I’m supporting UK business & only buy cruelty free products. After waiting for over 3 weeks, a poorly packaged parcel arrived with Chinese postal markings. The team assured me there were delays with the postal system, something I haven’t experienced over the past few months having ordered a lot of different products elsewhere.

But why, I hear you say, Lambrow is a UK based cruelty free brand...something I would question given the product states ‘made in China’.

Any kind of packaging for a beauty brand you expect to look pretty, even colourful - not this one!

To be honest I’m just going to chuck it in the bin and save my eyebrows, the labels aren’t even stuck correctly to the products so don’t think I’m going to take the risk.

Lambrow, if your products are made in China please make sure your customers are aware of this and rethink your certainty around being cruelty free.

I am sorry to see you are disappointed with your experience shopping with us. We are a UK based company whose products are manufactured in China and imported to the UK. Our product quality is of the utmost importance to us which is why we only use trusted and reliable factories we have great relationships with. The manufacturers we partner with assure us they do not test the products they manufacture on animals, however unfortunately we do not have the scale to investigate these claims yet. This is explained on our website in the 'LamBrow Cares' section. Please be aware that just because a product is manufactured in China does not mean it has been tested on animals. Our packaging has been something we have recently changed for most orders and something we are really proud of, however we recognise that your order was made before we implemented these changes and therefore we agree that this is possibly not what you would expect from a beauty brand.

If the product was incorrectly labelled or damaged, this is something you would definitely be able to contact us about and so we can resolve the issue. I apologise if this was the case for your order, unfortunately as our products are made by humans, mistakes can happen.
