Unfair moderation of genuine reviews
I submitted a factual negative review about a purchase from Currys after the item was delivered and inspected. Feefo partially rejected it, claiming the product had “not been received,” which is simply untrue.
After this, I checked Trustpilot and found many similar reviews describing the same issue — negative but genuine feedback being blocked using the same reason.
This raises real concerns about Feefo’s impartiality. A review platform should reflect all customer experiences, not just positive ones for paying clients.

From my personal experience, the Feefo process appears to enable sellers to challenge and temporarily remove negative reviews. In my case, after the seller reported the review, I was asked by the platform to provide documentation to verify my purchase. Once I supplied the requested evidence, the review was reinstated. However, it was removed again shortly thereafter, this time without any prior notification or explanation.
I firmly believe that prospective customers have the right to freely access and consider the experiences of individuals who have previously engaged with a particular seller. Transparency in published reviews is an essential element in enabling consumers to make informed decisions. Any practice that results in the disproportionate removal of negative feedback risks undermining public trust and may contribute to a misleading representation of customer experiences.

Following my earlier review of Olaplex Serum Oil, Feefo responded to my review and followed up with emails requesting more information. I had since purchased an authentic item from another company so took photographs of both items explaining the differences of a water based product compared to the oil and the details on the bottle. Needless to say, no response from Feefo so again advise you to avoid using them.

EDIT: I was requested several times to make a review by Feefo on Bristol Airport Parking. I wrote this negative review 4 different ways, and each time it was suppressed and not published. Believe nothing Feefo tell you about their impartiality. It's complete and utter nonsense. A worthless review company.

Got an email from freefo for this review saying it won’t be posted due to “offensive language” because I use the term “BS” to describe the care product being pushed.

Bought a Blomberg tumble dryer which was very poor. Feefo contacted me to do review. Did honest review which got a "perfect" on their form. They then contact me to say they will not publish it because "misleading or confusing" but don't say why. I contact them to ask for more details, but they do not explain why but simply point out that I can change my review (again, not explaining why I should) - i will not be looking at their reviews ever again as it seems (see other people's experience) that they have a problem with negative reviews?

Only hand picked reviews by the companies using feefo make the cut. If they fail you and provide crap service they don't send you a link to do a review. Utterly pointless review site, at least I'm able to review your trash service on a proper provider, Trustpilot.

Had an awful experience with a company called west town cars, so I used feefo to earn people as they are selling death traps, feefo removed all 1 star comments, accused me of not giving enough evidence and that I sighted the consumer rights act....these people should be stopped, do not trust any review via feefo.

Feefo sent me a link to review my De'Longhi coffee machine (a very recent, horrific experience), and when I wrote and submitted my review, you can guess what happened! Apparently, they only publish 5-star reviews! The following is what they emailed me. That's why I only trust "Trustpilot" for honest reviews.

I was asked to write a review for a Haier washing machine. Apparently my review did not comply with the rules (like, I was mixing my review of the product with my review of the service). Instead of letting me change it, Feefo published partially and a critical review became a favourable one. Asked them how to edit it, they send me back at the original link that does not work. Do not trust.

My review was genuine against Halfords. They decided it was in the wrong category. You sent it me I reviewed it. You denied it because it was negative. You only accept good reviews. It’s a shame because if I see Feefo on a website I’m going elsewhere.

I submitted a review of a Currys' product purchased from Currys which highlighted flaws with the product
I was sent a message by Feefo saying thet my review was submitted under the wrong section so would not be published until I edited my submission (see copy of message below). In the message Feefo stated that it was replying "ON BEHALF OF CURRYS" and used the Currys logo in its reply.
I checked this claim and THE REVIEW WAS SUBMITTED UNDER THE CORRECT SECTION so I am unable to "EDIT" it under a different section. The only way I can edit it is to REMOVE THE CRITICSM of the Currys ' product.
I have sent several emails to Feefo with screenshot evidence that the review has been submitted correctly. Feefo has not addressed this issue or come back to me and has not published my review.
In the light of these facts I have come to the personal opinion that the Feefo review process may be flawed and in the worst case may not be honest.
I would welcome an explanation from Feefo about this and am happy to change my personal opinion if Feefo demonstrates that the evidence I have submitted that shows my review has been correctly submitted is wrong of false.

After around 20 weeks of my leaving a review Feefo has respond.
My personal view of its response below is that it is an attempt by Feefo to "whitewash" my complaint and position itself as a concerned organsition. I do not hold that view as my personal experience makes me beleive otherwise. At the time of my leaving my review I had in fact contacted feefo (but not withough dificutly) and after much effort and waiting for a response sent it the details it now requests - NOTHING HAS HAPPENED
The facts are plain I left a one star review about one of its clients. The Feefo system seemngly changed this review by deleting the bulk of my text leaving only an insipid non crtitacl comment and changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating. At NO TIME DID FEEFO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME. MUCH WORSE I CAN FIND NO WAY TO EASILY DELETE THE FALSE REVIEW.
HENCE MY PERSONAL BELIEF IS THAT FEEFO'S REPSONSE BELOW TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS MORE LIKELY MOTIVATED NOT BY A DESIRE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT BUT MORE BY A DESIRE TO DEFEND ITS IMAGE BY USING THE RESPONSE TO ESTABLISH SOME POSITIVE PR NARRATIVE SO AS TO COUNTER MY NEGATIVE REVIEW.

Yep, Feefo is a useless load of BS & should not be trusted. I physically went to Halfords and bought the Laser locking wheel nut removal tool, then gave it a bad review on Feefo when Halfords asked for one, because it didn't fit my car so was useless.
Feefo rejected my review, claiming:

"The review was rejected due to the fact that the comments were not relevant to the product (we only ask for product feedback for Halfords and not service feedback)
You said in the review - Can't comment on quality as neither of them fitted my 2011 Jaguar XF wheel nuts, so was a wasted purchase"
and then:
"Essentially this would be seen that the wrong item was sent, which would be a service issue. Do you have any further information to show that the right product was ordered? If you can send that over we can take another look for you."
