Working with Feedbird has been smooth

Working with Feedbird has been smooth. I'm about five months in. After a reasonable initial setup, a lot of things since then have been very automated, only requiring 15-30 minutes of my time per month to review posts.

They took social media off my plate while reflecting my brand pretty well (probably better than I could at this point, as a startup still targeting PMF). It's what I was hoping for.

Overall satisfied

Overall I have been satisfied with the social media management service. The account managers are responsive and friendly and willing to support. I appreciate the service as it takes the stress off me, however I do think, if not managed, content can become quite static and repetitive.

We’ve had a very positive experience working with Feedbird. The communication has been clear and structured from the beginning, and the process is smooth and easy to manage.

I signed up for Social Media posts and…

I signed up for Social Media posts and Instagram Growth services. My experience was well below expectation and while each item requires a detailed brief and brand assets supplied, they don’t seem to follow this.

Social Media Posts - these were terrible and after 3 revisions I gave up and wouldn’t post these on my account. I’m not sure if they tried to design them in PowerPoint, or they were some poorly generated AI post - either way they didn’t align to my brand guidelines (all supplied), some of the images used were low quality, and wording on images just looked totally out of place. Super disappointing for the cost, wouldn’t entertain any refund or discount.

Instagram Growth - while the start was positive here, it generated minimal growth. I think they said they would find around 2500 relevant accounts to follow to grow and did about 200. After about 100, they started to deviate from the brief following accounts outside of my country (explicitly requested to not do this in my brief) and very random non-on brand accounts. A lot of these accounts had a lot of mutual followers, so I would suggest Feedbird creates irrelevant growth by using existing Feedbird customers to all follow each other to mimic account growth.

Overall, cancelled my subscription and won’t be using any of the content - don’t waste your money with this business, I’d suggest better quality through someone on Fiverr or similar with genuine customer reviews.

On Instagram Growth: we want to clarify that our service is designed to deliver organic growth of 100-400 new followers per month depending on the client's industry and niche and we're sorry if this wasn't communicated as clearly as it should have been upfront. We also want to address the suggestion that we follow clients' accounts with one another to manufacture growth, this is simply not something we do. Our outreach is always conducted individually and in line with each client's brief. We're sorry if any of the accounts followed felt off-brief; that's valuable feedback for our team.

Feedbird; Trusted Partner for Brand Growth

Feedbird has been a trusted partner to help assist with overall brand growth! They have helped me increase engagement and gain followers for each brand I work with. So far so good

So far so good. We are about 5 months in and they are working right on schedule. Initial setup takes a moment but once it's all dialed in the service just needs you to approve things from time to time.

If you want straightforward, on band, continuous coverage of a channel somewhere this is a pretty clean way to accomplish that.

A welcome addition

This has been a welcome addition to my business. I have been able to add consistent evergreen posts to my Pinterest business account and increase activity on my Tiktok. I had to be more involved than I initially expected with the Pinterest posting, but I think that is because I am pretty particular about my brand image.
