Saves time, looks great, and crazy responsive

Hiring Feedbird for my immigration law firm's social media has been a great decision for my practice. As a solo attorney, time is everything — and having a team that handles content creation has been a game changer.

What impressed me most is how well they translated my ideas into polished, engaging Instagram posts and carousels. Immigration law isn't exactly known for visually exciting content, but Feedbird proved that wrong. Every post is creative, on-brand, and actually looks good — which is not easy in this industry.

Feedbird has taken away the stress of social media content

Feedbird has taken away the stress of creating social media. Each month you upload ideas for content onto a form and within days they create professional content for your business. This can then be revised before being scheduled each month. What used to take me hours month now takes significantly less time. Feedbird has take one job off my business owner to do list!

The video work is fantastic

The video work is fantastic. It took a while to get into the flow of knowing our expectations, but they do a good job overall, with a good value.
The Instagram Growth worked, though for a B2B company, it's much less valuable to us overall. I do wish they offered a LinkedIn Growth solution! That would be amazing.

Feedbird can be a great marketing partner.

We are receiving short-form video, carousel, and post services. Initially, we received the short-form video (brand image advertising) service, and I was impressed by the design, especially how they supplemented the ideas that were lacking. Since then, we have also added post and carousel services, and they are good as well. Above all, I find it appealing that we have the opportunity to reflect new ideas every month. If you are short on time for marketing, I would recommend giving it a try.

We used to spend a lot more with a different company

We used to spend $500 a month for the same service with a different company, so I’m so glad this company exists since they charge only a quarter of that. I’m still involved in providing some information that’s relevant to my business because it’s such a niche industry. However, they are getting better and better over time, and we’ve gotten into a really good groove.

For the price they charge, this works perfectly. I can’t expect them to completely take over our social media campaign at this rate. I know they could handle everything, but that would require a higher budget. As a small business owner, I’m very happy with where we are right now.

Feedbird has been awesome. It feels like my marketing is on autopilot, they take my edits and feedback and make quality and effective changes. Finally have my time back!

I was so surprised on how quickly the team at Feedbird was able to understand my brand and properly represent it in the content they produced. Even the very first content only needed a couple of small tweaks but so far everything has been perfect! I am so happy that I finally have my time back and I can trust that Feedbird has my back and my socials will always be up to date.

Highly recommend Feedbird

Highly recommend Feedbird! The platform has been super easy to use and has made managing our social media much more efficient. The content suggestions are great, the scheduling tools save a lot of time, and the overall system helps keep everything organised and consistent.

Since using Feedbird, it’s been much easier to stay active on our social channels and maintain a professional presence online. Their support team has also been very helpful and responsive whenever we’ve had questions.

Freebird has been very responsive

Freebird has been very responsive, great swift comms with the person overseeing our content, the generated content is generally very good, with 7or 8 out of 10 images/content good to go without any changes, and quick responsive changes in response to feedback given.
Overall very pleased so far (after 2 months)
