Emails.for delivery untrue.

Got 2 emails saying items delivered and they weren't. This is after about 6 emails saying delivery would be on time, then it would be late by a week, then all.of sudden it's been delivered the next day. No proof of delivery. 2 tracksuits in deliveries worth 300 euro and cannot speak to a rep.in FedEx shocking service and will be complaining to company I purchased from and telling them I won't be ordering from them purley because they use fed ex... shocking delivery

Update Mon Nov 18th
Received a phone call from customer services representative Mark in FedEx checking to see whether the issue is resolved. Very impressive customer service. He’s going to follow up in relation to the details of the €522 charge.

Finally received my delivery around 1pm. Delighted to finally get it 😀I’m trying to get a statement and a breakdown about the €500+ FedEx charged me in ‘taxes’. Some taxation was genuinely payable (Brexit) but I’d like to see the details.

Still no delivery received.
Nov. 15: 10.25am Update: No delivery yet. FedEx have promised that they will deliver my parcel today, but can’t give me any idea what time it’ll be here. Second day in a row stuck in the house waiting around. Second day in a row my little dogs won’t get a walk 😩

Shockingly bad!. They emailed me a delivery time of 9.30am-1.30. on the 14th. I stayed home waiting all day. Nothing arrived. Around 2pm they emailed and texted me a massive extra charge for taxes. I contacted them, they confirmed the charges and said that if I paid before 4pm I would receive the delivery on the same day. I paid but I didn’t get my item. So they have my money and my item and I have nothing except their broken promises. They say I’ll receive my item tomorrow but I’ve no idea whether that’s true or not and it’s very awkward for me to stay home tomorrow again.

This is supposed to be a courier…

This is supposed to be a courier company - they are absolute crap. no phone numbers - no way of finding out where the driver is. I have been waiting at my office all day for a delivery by 5 which is the 3rd attempt according to the B/S tracking.

Received a letter for duties a month…

Received a letter for duties a month after receiving the items. Duties came out to half the value of the items themselves. The discrepancy between the actual taxable amount customs applies, and what they want for admin fees is a disgrace. No other courier is as much of a scam as FedEx

Absolute joke of a company you can't…

Absolute joke of a company you can't speak to anyone. Sent debt collection letters after claiming I had been sent invoices which I never received.
3 months after I had received my parcel and had paid what they had told me was due.

Charged me a storage fee when they made no attempt to contact me to pay duty. I had to keep emailing and talking to the automated telephone lines to eventually track down the parcel.

Will never use them again.

Another Disaster Day Wasted

The same old story, getting notifications of day and approximate time of delivery but it never happens. I stayed in all day yesterday for a delivery between 9.20am and 1.30pm, changed to before 10pm, NO SHOW. I stayed in again all day today as I got an email informing me that there would be a delivery before 10pm tonight. Again NO SHOW, 2 wasted days, and now another email to inform me that it will be Monday 11th before 10pm. I won't hold my breath! I'm in the process of informing the American company (source) of this ongoing problem and perhaps they might be able to get a more reliable distributor. Anything would be better THAN FEDEX‼️

FedEx is an absolute disgrace

FedEx is an absolute disgrace. They lie to you, our packages have been out for delivery a million times and they didn’t deliver. Giving excuse after excuse. Honestly so sick of them; this is the last time I used this service. DISASTER! How can they still work that’s beyond me, stop using this company people! Use some alternate companies.

No stars. There was one number that needed to be a letter in my postcode of delivery. I realised same day on pick up and notified Fedex. The assistance said they had corrected it and I had nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later Fedex don't deliver because of the incorrect detail. They lied and didn't correct it. Not only that the courier doesn't even bother to call to check. What is the point of asking for phone numbers if you are not going to use them? It is such a shoddy service. I paid for a 3 day turnaround and it took 2 weeks at a premium price to get it this far.

I would give them negative stars

I would give them negative stars, but unfortunately we don’t have that option.
The delivery driver contacted me while I was at work, I answered and told him that my husband was working from home, so he could just ring the bell that he would meet him. He hanged up on me and instead of ringing the bell he had decided to leave. Once my husband got there, because I contacted him straight away, there was no sign of the man. And I got a message saying they were sorry they missed us, but no one was home. I contacted customer service at least 5/6 times and still no sign of my parcel. Yesterday I got a call from Fedex saying they would deliver it today… but guess what? Nothing. So I contacted they again, and they told me they must’ve lost it somehow and that I need to open a claim. Hahahaha
I am 7 months pregnant and I have to get stressed by incompetence everywhere in that company. It is just ridiculously exhausting and insane

If there was a rating less than one star you'd get it

Was given a time window for delivery and took time off work to be at home. Driver never showed. Called customer service which was an ordeal given their failing automated AI operator. Informed that it woud be delivered "some time" today. BTW their drivers are apparently unreachable by phone ! what utter nonsense.

Why on earth do you have a specified delivery window for customers which can be discarded when it wuits your own inefficient operation?

Absolutely deplorable - avoid folks !!!!

Worst delivery company ever

I do not know why companies use this delivery agent. I am waiting for urgent documents which are tracked to be delivered between 09:00 and 13:00 , it is now 16:00 and no delivery. As previous reviewers said, you cannot speak to an actual person as it is all chat or phone bots. I have had similar experiences in the past, they are the most useless delivery company ever and totally tone deaf to non account customers. As soon as I got their text advising me they were delivering I knew I was in trouble. If you have a company that uses delivery agents do not use FedEx as I can assure you, you will lose a lot of business.

extremely sad

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with FedEx. After the seller from China entered my delivery address incorrectly, I tried for five days to change it, without success. Even though the issue wasn't initially my fault, FedEx did nothing to fix the situation.

They informed me on Friday that my package would arrive, so I waited all day at the wrong address. They never came and didn't provide any updates. The next day, they arrived again at the wrong address and called me from a private number, which I obviously couldn't answer. On the third day, nothing happened.

In the end, they called to tell me to pick up my package from their center, even though it was just a 1 kg box that should have been delivered without any issues. This experience was so frustrating that I will never use FedEx again.

Stay away!!

My mistake was sending the keys to the apartment from Ireland to Poland. Of course, the keys were insured for PLN 2,000, and FedEx wants proof of damages!There is no point in insuring or shipping anything. Please, please stay away from this company!!!

This week I had a package delivered to the wrong address same area but different post codes contacted them via email and was told nope it was delivered to the right address.

I contacted them again with photo evidence that it was the wrong house and also that I had received my package as I know the house it was delivered to 400 yards away we’ve had mixed up deliveries from other companies, then today I had a missed call from them so I rang back within minutes (3 times) each time no one answered.

It seems that drivers don’t bother to verify post codes very easily done on eircode checker I suppose time is money no need for quality.

Bad, Bad Bad!

It was my first time getting a package in the post from them and hopefully my last. A very slow, disorganized bunch and worst of all I could get no human to answer the phone when I rang them which of course was taking the easy way out. I had to wait 15 days from the day I bought a product online on an American website to arrive at my address here in Ireland. When it arrived into Dublin, it then went to Shannon and apparently back to Dublin again to run through customs. When I went online to utilize the delivery options facility it wouldn't let me use it. Furthermore I was misled 3 times when the delivery day of the package came up on their website and it was so annoying I went to the trouble been here each of those times.
