Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Even on the free plan, the team went to great lengths to help me sort out a source mistake with the PR contact.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Brilliant service. Even on the free plan, the team went to great lengths to help me sort out a source mistake with the PR contact.
LinkedIn sells user data to e-mail database lookups similar to Rocket Reach. It's like the worst of Twitter with a business suit in strangers contacting you with strange sales pitches. I am NOT using it. Have no need for another social media network. Featured.com has never heard that many business professionals avoid LinkedIn and ONLY uses LinkedIn to become a source. My dad, fave teacher, and others are successful people who would be shown the door, like me, for not having LinkedIn. What a weird requirement. You can be in the newspaper, on medical/legal info for licenses, have an IMDb, be an award winning teacher or whatever it may be, and not qualify to give quotes here. Are they confusing professionals with LinkedIn influencers?
The website is a good idea for a narrow range of people. Good for tech bros wanting to chat SEO and crypto. Bad for most. Saw a dentist ad that was legit and one for family medicine MDs.
Hard pass. By this standard, a Nobel prize winner cannot comment, but a guy with a LinkedIn can. Yeah...
This site is a hidden gem. You may not get selected for every question answered, but it's a numbers game. I started with a Ahrefs rating of less than 1 and got it to 24 in just over 2 months. I have a selected rate of about 25% and have been Featured 154 times and counting.
Signed up for an account. 48 questions I answered were not selected. Only 1 question I answered was selected, and the domain has no traffic. Just horrible. Secondly, if you look up these websites, the domains coming from journalist in semrush or ahrefs, some of these sites you would get a backlink from barely have traffic. Like 100 per month or less. So yeah you can get a DR50 backlink but that site has no traffic? Whats the point? Its ridiculous. And you are probably competing with thousands of other people trying to answer a question to get a backlink. Some of the websites listed for a backlink you could even buy a guest post online like (techbullion) or (azbigmedia). Bad business model.
Featured.com is great for featuring insights in other publishers' articles, but of course your results will depend on the time you spend on the answers and your actual experience. I do like that they verify LinkedIns and the expertise, just so there's no shady business.
Their support is amazing, as well! A big thank you to Haley who's always there to help troubleshoot or provide advice. :)
The interface is an improvement on the standard but they require a LinkedIn. Also make sure you try before buying because the returns policy is basically get the attention of management and they'll decide. It worked for me though.
I like featured.com; it connects me to top publishers very easily and let me share my voice effectively. The fact that it shares the information about domain authority and attribution right next to each question helps me navigate well and supercharge SEO efforts.
Featured came highly recommended, and it didn't disappoint. The team was super helpful and responsive, which allowed me to dive in and get started without any hitches. I'm planning to use their services for our brand's PR and link-building efforts. So far, the experience has been top-notch. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try if you're looking to boost your online presence!
Terkel is incredible. It has lived up to all of the promises that the sales rep made in our pitch meeting. It has saved us so much time and money creating great content. The people who have replied to our inquiries have been very knowledgeable on the subject and provide great content for our audience. The business model is also a huge selling point for a new and upcoming business. If I were to leave my current role and join a new company, I would sign up right away to continue to use their service.
Terkel's offer of curated quotes for articles, and the opportunity to submit quotes to publishers, is a serious boon to any content or marketing team. They offer you full creative control over the content they provide, and keep to all deadlines and respond promptly to questions. Cannot recommend enough.
Terkel makes link building and getting digital PR placements easy and merit-based. It's much more straightforward and visually clear than other websites of this type. The process is efficient and the platform is built in a way that promotes relevant, on-point answers from knowledgable sources.
Being the source and commenting mainly on business, marketing & entrepreneurship I found there many personable questions and enjoyed a high success rate. It's especially promising for small business owners who can get their name out there and share their knowledge.
I have used Terkel as a publisher for nearly a year now.
This platform enabled me to regularly create high-quality posts that came publish-ready. Some of them ranked number 1 in Google for niche industry terms, bringing 100s of relevant visits to my website!
Terkel is easy to use and perfect for covering topics that benefit from diverse opinions. Panellists are often able to provide unique insights from the angle influenced by their experience. I highly recommend it to all bloggers.
I have been a Terkel publisher for some time (even before their new self-serving publisher accounts) and I must say that they are one of the best teams I work with. I get informative articles from them and my contact at Terkel is very responsive. As for the self-serving side of things... It couldn't be easier! I was a little concerned when they first rolled it out, but those concerns have gone the way of the dinosaurs. The system is truly user-friendly. I'm happy to collaborate with the Terkel team and hope to do so for many more years.
The only thing better than this user-friendly platform is the team that supports it. As a long-time user, I appreciate the way they’ve incorporated contributor feedback into their design. Terkel is an excellent way to share expertise and increase visibility.

I have been using Terkel for a while now, and it's been absolutley fantatsic. They have had a few teething problems with their UI/UX and payment gateways for adding users. But the support (especially Thylan) has been second to none. They completley go out of their way to ensure quality service.
And the actual deliverability and quality of publications you can earn client' links for is superb, and getting better month-to-month.

Terkel is such an awesome platform and the team behind the scenes is even better! Terkel provides the space to share expertise and build up credibility in an easy and simple way. I highly recommend using Terkel.

Terkel is great! I've been a contributor since the beginning, and there is consistently strong communication and trust with the CEO and team. We are also a paying customer with multiple accounts, and super happy to be so -- it's strong value for the investment.
