I have to say with the sloppiness of companies in operations today, FCP EURO should train companies on how to run a business. First and foremost, they answer the phone. If they can’t, they have an AI system that understands natural language, not some call center on another continent! The AI system can resolve most questions around inquiry of delivery updates and parts orders. Then you have Javon, this guy is exceptional, he was patient, knowledgeable and helped me make decisions based on his product knowledge, comparing compatibility and cost.
His team leader should be proud to have him on board . I will continue to order from FCP EURO in the future. Thanks for running a great operation!

Surprisingly Late…
1st time in a long time my shipment was very late. Order placed on a Tuesday, it didn't ship until following Monday, In received it Thursday. Lost momentum on my project.

In reviewing your order, it appears the order actually arrived earlier than the estimated delivery date shown during checkout. Some of the items had to be sourced, and we were able to source them faster than originally planned, so the package arrived 5 days ahead of the quoted delivery date.
The order was placed in the afternoon on Tuesday, 9/8/26, and an estimated delivery date of 9/21/26 was provided during checkout based on the shipping method selected and the lead time displayed for some items. The order was boxed up on Monday, 9/14/26, and picked up by the carrier on Tuesday, 9/15/26, and was then delivered on Thursday, 9/17/26 in the early afternoon.
I will be reaching out to you directly to clear up any misalignments in the estimated delivery times.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion regarding our processes for orders that are not received.
I see you reached out to our team regarding this mishap. We supplied you with our affidavit to fill out regarding the lost order, which must be filled out and returned to us so we can initiate our claim on the package. I do not see that you ever responded to our team with the filled-out form, and we are still awaiting the form to be able to initiate this process for you. At the moment, we can confirm that the Proof of Delivery photo supplied by UPS and OnTrac does match the Google Street View and former real estate listings for the shipping address that was supplied to us on the order.
I will be reaching out to you directly regarding this, so we can work on a resolution.

The items returned to us were returned as being new; however, after a quality check by our team, the items were covered in dirt, grease, and markings indicating an attempted/full install and/or uninstall. We contacted you about the condition of the items and have shipped the items back to you at no cost, since we can not process the return.
