Sent me the wrong oil for my 2019 jauguar svr. Sent me diesel oil now i have to return it

Usually don't leave reviews but that's how disappointed I am. Sadly can't comment on the actual product because I never received it, as I was given a different part. I informed customer service of the error with all sorts of evidence and told them that I was in need of the part urgently (as I need my vehicle back running for a living) but I am yet to receive any resolution to the matter. I waited 2 weeks for delivery and have now been waiting for over 3 weeks on top of that with no updates or contact outside of me having to call the store just to be told its being looked at on one occasion and on the next occasion was told it would get flagged to the manager as it shouldn't be taking this long. Still no reply and update clearly they do not care about the customer, definitely do not recommend buying here.

FCP has a good website and fast shipping. I accidentally ordered the wrong part recently and they promptly provided a full refund. I installed a full control arm kit on my 2015 Audi SQ5 and followed the FCP YouTube video during the install. It was very helpful.

FCPEuro and its lifetime replacement warranty is amazing. Back in 2018 when I discovered this place, no one I knew believed that they would honor the lifetime replacement warranty, but they did and still are. In the beginning their lifetime warranty service would refund your original form of payment, but now they only give you store credit which is still a killer deal and way above and beyond. It makes owning my VWs so much less expensive. I live in CT, so I usually go to Milford to pick up my new parts and return my old parts. Their facility has such a cool, positive vibe that it's always fun going there. I'm super grateful for this business, and I hope they continue to grow and succeed. My only complaint is that sometimes their catalog is a little off. But I've experienced that everywhere I've shopped for parts. If you call, they are really helpful about clearing up any confusion and pinpointing the right part for your vehicle.

I would be bankrupt without these guys. Seriously, as an old volvo and bmw enthusiast my cars are constantly breaking. Parts are hard to come by and hard to afford. Somehow despite ordering from Australia fcpeuro is without fail the cheapest supplier. And the exclusive Australian Volvo club shipping discount helps heaps. They get orders shipped very quick, using good carriers and the part quality is always great. Further comforted by the lifetime warranty (as much as return shipping would be a headache). Their support is super friendly and helpful and their shipping guarantee is a fantastic help if your order gets delayed. I don't recommend many businesses but if they keep this up they'll have a customer for life on the other side of the world.

Love the oil change kits but FED EX shipping sucks.

I am a regular customer of these guys! I Spent probably thousands annually on parts from them.

Last order was delivered to the wrong house -Ontrac - it happens! I was shocked that the FCPEuro support team is asking me to go around asking neighbors if they received my package.

I kindly asked if they could have the delivery people do that as it's their fault - yet another response from one of FCPEuro folks saying:

"Unfortunately, we are unable to contact the carrier to retrieve your order XXXXX from your neighbor’s location"..

Now I don't know what neighbor it is. People are on a short fuse, and they don't appreciate a stranger knocking on their door.

FCPEuro... the order is your responsibility until it gets into the customers' hands. I hope you agree and can teach your folks that.

This company use AI and scan your computer cookies. The price is base on your search. It's time to stop these scammers to take advantage of us and let them get out of business.

Finally got around to doing the oil-change on My Allroad this weekend and I love the ability to box up and return the used oil, etc and get credit for use on a future order. Which is coming soon, because I noticed my CV joint was throwing grease while under the car.

Delivery is fast and usually the free shipping comes sooner than expected. Orders have always been correct and exceptionally well-packed. The only time I shop elsewhere is if something is out of stock.

I have an old BMW too, so you know I've been around the block! LOL. FCP Euro is the best.
