They platform needs to be taken off…

They platform needs to be taken off A.S.A.P because they were my worst experience in a delivery Driver position I wish they just leave. I for got to say that I really wasted hard time with favor thinking they can help the only thing they accomplished in my situation is to keep me in my homeless state homeless and had the nerves to delete my account on some bull about weed smoke in a customer bag the customer said 6months of nothing but still living in my vehicle oh yeah CHILDISH is a understatement for this app or whatever it is if I could have gotten with doordash or any other platform I would have I regret even trying them you have to waste a lot of gas just to pull $50 and that's all day even on yeah hours so to note to whoever is still with the DON'T VOICE YOUR CONCERNS OR NOTHING BECAUSE THEY WILL AND I MEAN WILL STOP SENDING YOU ANY ORDERS OF ANY KIND EVEN IF YOU ARE A ELITE AND STAYED AN ELITE RUNNER EVER MONTH BUT ONE SO NO PERKS AT ALL

Not a good first experience

I signed up for Favor Gold, which promised my HEB delivery within 45 minutes and free delivery charge for my first order. My order was delivered 90 minutes later. Although Favor Gold, a $9.99 offers free delivery and other perks, there's a service fee and tip and, in my opinion, not worth it. I'm cancelling my membership.

HORRIBLE - food wasnt delivered due to their own fault and they didn't even provide a credit or anything of value. This has happened twice now. They are worthess. Just use uber eats even though it is a little bit more expensive.

Favor Drivers Stack their Orders, so Yours May or May Never Be Delivered

No matter what when dealing with an HEB store, Favor takes an hour or more longer than its promised delivery time (Central Market is five minutes away, but ordering celery and a loaf of bread takes two hours because the drivers stack the orders). However, if you order from a restaurant, the food is usually desiccated by the time of your even get it—because the drivers take their sweet fa-all time: an order at 8:15 PM might not be fulfilled because the driver finally arrived after the restaurant closes at 20 pm—and damn it all if you want a refund because you’ll have to fight

Placed an order for the first time…

Placed an order for the first time today, the total listed was $52 before I added $10 tip for a total of $62 after all taxes fees and delivery. However after food arrived I was charged $108. Upon some research I found that every food item ordered was $4 to $8 higher than listed menu price on Favors app. A sandwich that was listed as $8 ended up costing me over $14 how is this even legal. Total scam first and last time I EVER order from Favor. Garbage tactics.

Favor Delivery not good

Most of the dinner order I ordered from
Favor Delivery was not delivered. I called the restaurant and they said the driver left without the full order even though she told him he was leaving most of the order behind. I will use another delivery service from now on

I worked for favor

I worked for favor. Was deactivated. Told I broke company guidelines, by sharing my app!

Not possible. I’m a single mother of two children. I’m literally ALL ALONE in life.
I could never share my app, wouldn’t want to.

Incorrect and slooooooow

I've used Favor numerous times in the last year, and it's been great! My last two experiences have been terrible. It seems as if some of the runners are negligent, as I have received very incorrect items. They don't confirm prior to making a substitution, and they don't edit the price to reflect the changes either.

The most frustrating thing is that customer service takes about 8-10 minutes to respond during the entire conversation. So if anything happens with your order, be prepared to spend at least an hour to hopefully come to a resolution. Big bummer because I liked using it until now. One outlying experience I understand, but two in a row with the same customer service issue isn't worth any future time or hassle.

I placed an order and was notified it had been delivered. However, nothing was ever delivered. I contacted the "help" email. I was advised that the order had been delivered and there was nothing they could do about it. Never again!

Fellow Texans HEB owns Favor

Fellow Texans, do not use this company.
Placed a fast food order that never showed up.
They lied to me about “the restaurant wasn’t taking anymore orders this evening” This was a blatant lie.
The restaurant is open 24/7.
I called the restaurant…the manager told me there was never any order placed by Favor in my name or my exact order.
Favor told me that they cancelled my order due to the restaurant not taking anymore orders but…I would not be charged for the cancellation.(charged? Oh, thank you so much!!!)
They had no problem procuring the funds for my order; and that’s when they exited from their end of the deal.
Wasted two hours of my Friday night.
Never received an apology and maybe some kind of compensation $5 off or…something.
Total joke..these are not issues that this new startup is encountering; this is an established company over 10 years old!
That’s plenty of time to get the wrinkles out of their business model.
The company had aspirations of going nationwide but…they failed and decided to focus on the Texas only market.
HEB owns them so now…this ordeal has cast a shadow on HEB and the money I spend with them every month.
The lack of an apology and that it took me to initiate the status of my order and demand my funds have the hold lifted on them has made me spread the truth about this joke of a company.
Uber Eats and Door Dash are miles ahead of this poorly ran business…especially in a highly competitive market.
HEB you should be ashamed of the lack of support available on the app…maybe provide a phone number?
Oh wait…that will cost money.

If I could rate this with 0 stars, I would.

If I could rate this with 0 stars, I would. Very simply, I saw the driver arriving at my house as she licked every finger on her right hand. I'm assuming she had been eating while driving because she also drank out of a big cup before she exited her vehicle. I had to wear gloves so I could bring all the groceries inside and I'm sure she touched all my items with her saliva covered hands too. Super nasty and unsanitary!!!

thieves

While placing my order the amount didn't show up only two letters TB. So therefore I wrote favor and said do not turn my order in until you tell me how much I owed. They never did they delivered the food anyway and it was more than what I could afford. After I received the food then they told me how much I owed and I told him I didn't want it. Then they turn around and took the money out of my bank. They stole my money cuz I told them do not touch my money because I told you I'll do not turn this order in. I hope they go bankrupt. Because they are thieves and you never succeed being a thief. This is my opinion and I stick behind it.

They changed my item prices

They changed my item prices after my food was delivered without any communication from either the driver or Favor, who after saying they issued a full refund, never did and conveniently for them don't have a record of the call.

Not a secure app

The reason the service is so bad with favor is because the TPS workers hijacked the platform with Bots that steal the best orders. The original Runners were all pushed out because they couldn't get an order until every single one of the cheaters got an order. The word got out and they took over several stores. Friendswood, Pearland, Eastfield and Bay Colony. It's not just limited to these areas this is happening everywhere. So the cheaters only want the highest paying orders they're not going to take the low paying food orders. The honest runners that are having all the orders stolen from them aren't going to take the low paying orders because they're having a hard time making ends meet and are just crossing their fingers to get a good order. Favor did a major update July 31st of 2024 and everything went back to normal. They did a major update in February and everything went back to normal but it only took a few weeks before the hackers got back into the system and the cheaters started getting all the good orders again. They have an elite program but even with the highest acceptance rate you cannot compete with these guys so basically all your good Runners have been pushed out. Does favor know about the problem? Absolutely they know about the problem. They threatened to deactivate anybody cheating and when the honest Runners make reports nothing ever happens to the cheaters this has been going on for a long time. Their software is not safe but who's really to blame? These Runners that pick up grocery orders and food orders are not supervised by curbside or the managers in the HEB Store. The people that run favor won't get out in the field and clean up the problem. Sorry not sorry but the way you dispatch orders is not working and ultimately the problem lies in your hands. Why would these people steal all the orders stop if you don't do anything? Anyhow I would never use this service choose doordash or ubereats they are more secure platforms. Pick up your own groceries because when you see these people delivering to your house you will know exactly who they are. If you miss your old Runners that used to deliver to you complain to favor because they are not listening to us at all. Anyhow there's going to be an update June 23rd to try and photo verify people but this is not the big problem the big problem is bot Grabber stealing the best orders and redistributed to people who are basically not good individuals. I wouldn't want these people at my doorstep, at my home or near my family. I recommend picking up your own groceries from Curbside or just simply not using HEB. They claim to be the best in Texas but seriously when your driver's complain and you don't put people on the ground to take care of the problem and you sit behind your desk, you're the problem.

Never Again

This is the second time we have used Favor and had a bad experience. The driver of our most recent order, Kenny, was great. He texted and called to ensure our order was correct. Except somehow on the app I ordered 5 dinners for myself and my husband. Expensive mistake on my part. Have no idea how I did it but Kenny was unable to fix it.

Honestly really poor experience

Honestly really poor experience. Food was supposed to arrive 30 min ago. Basically no way to tell where my driver is at and how long they will actually be until arrival. No remediation channel for orders placed directly with the vendor but fulfilled by Favor. I haven’t even tried Favor before but this experience has given me a pretty clear idea what it would be like — HORRIBLE!
