Here comes an update to my experience with faundit, finally everything came to an good end, because
the assistance has been very professional, committed and very supportive. Always in good contact and friendly.
I forgot my right, white samsung earphone in a hostel in stockholm. I called the hostel and it was found quickly. They told me found it will contact me and they did. I then paid the lowest price for shipping wich is 35€ (I live in Germany). After a week i was happy to finally have it back, but when i openend my package it turned out to be a black earphone, wich was not mine. So i called the hostel and they told me to contacted found it, wich i did. After two days they answered: "i will look into this and get back to you." This message came 6 days ago and to my email if there is any news and what i should so with somebody elses earphone, i got no reply. Really sad, if you think about i already paid 35€ and now i have an useless earphone and a company, who is not helping me to fix the mix up, wich they are responsible for...
Update: 12.10 : I got an email today and the mix up was fixed pretty quickly. My lost item is now finally on its way to me. I although got my money back
The item was returned within 2 days, so quite rapidly. It is a bit costly (€29 for a blouse - some other hotels would send it by postage, for free...) but anyway, we are happy with the service.
Absolutely fantastic service. I forgot my airpods and they contacted me and shiped it to my home address. Very good service and personel are friendly and ready to help.
Unfortunately I got a wrong item. I gave a really precise description of the lost sunglasses and the case. What I got: spectacles with clear glass without a case. For the delivery I paid 35 €, lost money for nothing. I give one star for the effort to help.

UPS had the delivery prognos wrong by 2 days. Otherwise good service
Booked with UPS, next day delivery and paid a premium for that. But it did not arrive until the day after. And could only see that very late on the promised delivery date. Not good enough!
We are extremely thankful for the way faundit.com has worked. It only took two days from the call to the hotel until delivery to our doorstep. A big thanks to the helpful staff at Comwell Portside Copenhagen, faundit.com and the couriers involved.
Useful professional and réactive service for return my belongins
Fantastic! Super easy to use and so fast. Im really happy, that the hotels has the chance to use such good pages for return of posts.
During my return flight I realized that I forgot my reader, so I planned to contact the hotel as soon as possible to retrieve it. Once at home I discovered that I had already received the communication from the hotel and through a simple procedure I have received the reader back to my home conveniently in just 2 days. What can I say..simply exemplary!
I left a package at a hotel in Brussels - Used Faundit to courier and I received it within 3 days to London. Highly recommend and very professional.
Forgot my wedding ring and pair of earrings in hotel room. I called the reception of the hotel and within one hour or two my things were even already packed for shipping. Great service!!
Very expensive and a lace from the swimsuit was missing when it arrived.

The help and service from the hotel was quick and good. Unfortunately theservice from UPS afterwards was terribly bad - they did not collect the parcel untill I phoned them, and the help to trace the parcel and get it picked up was not excistent.
