I thought I ordered online. Completed to check out, entered all cc info and received confirmation in my email, only to find a separate email titled DO NOT REPLY. After the three days had past(for which I paid extra for fast shipping) I went to look up customer service number in the confimration email only to find that is was an email message wanting me to call to confirm my order. I called, had to leave voicemail (only option) and have yet to here back 5 days later. I want to cancel the order, CC was not charged, but I am weary and unsure of the status of order. I will have to contact my cc company to ensure the charge is denied if it does randomly appear.
INVENTORY DISAPPOINTMENT
Apparently inventory reflected is inaccurate as we were really disappointed when told the items was no longer available after our order had been accepted and charged.
Sloooow delivery
Phoned in order to verify item in stock. Ordered on June 24. Received on July 6th. Called twice to get shipping info. Competitors ship within 24 hrs when item in stock.
Horrible service
I ordered a product from them paid for it and got no response. Called 3 days later to find out the product is discontinued. They never called to inform me.

Very Difficult Ordering Experience
I ordered two toilets online on a Thursday. On Friday I received and email asking me to call in to confirm my order. Annoying - I hate having to call. I called and the person did not pickup and their voicemail box was full. I called again and spoke to the operator they accidentally hung up on me. I called again and the operator connected me to someone else, I left a message and never received a call back. On Tuesday I called again and finally got someone on the phone - he was nice. However he said that their website made a mistake and they needed to charge me $100 more in shipping. Annoying. Order did not ship until Thursday, a full week after I placed my order online. If you need anything quickly or without hassle I recommend you avoid FaucetStop.com

Order not received
Order placed for Flushmate replacement 5 June, paid 4 c-card. Now 10 days later still no shipment. Called and told it was cancelled. Who? Why? No answer. Then a tracking # was discovered and told it was on the way, shipped 11 June, they think. Told to let them know if I receive it. Definitely does not match their droning continued commercial while waiting for the next available operator.
Fair price for a sunflower shower head
My current sunflower shower head would cost nearly $500 to replace with the same brand. Faucetstop's Kingston Brass model is nearly identical, but at $350 less, it is very fairly priced, despite my needing to use a reducer bushing.
Poor customer service
It has been 8 days since my online order was placed and I have yet to receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. The only response i got from a customer service rep was it is being processed. Time to fine another company.
Quick and accurate delivery
I had many delays in ordering pulls and knobs from other online sites and stumbled Faucet Stop. Faucet Stop shipped my order quickly and completely where other sites still had my items on back order!
Delivered item as promised at best price and trackable delivery
The faucet I ordered met all my expectations. The price was lower than all other companies I checked. Items arrived as and when expected. Installed item today. So far so good. I love the faucet.
RIP OFF
i order a product over one month ago. It never came ! The charge on my credit card came right on time.
I called and after a long hold they came back and told me the item was discontinued. A legitimate business would have contacted me right away, instead they billed my credit card over a month ago and never shipped the item
Disappointed but satisfactory followup
We ordered a bathroom lavatory faucet from their website which claimed that they had two of them in stock, only to be contacted and told that, in fact, they were out of stock and the faucet had been discontinued by the manufacturer (we knew they were discontinued). We had to settle for a similar, but larger faucet that was more expensive. Their customer service rep, Joe, was very easy to deal with and our merchandise was delivered within a couple of weeks of being ordered.
Difficulty with Customer Service
I purchased a faucet online using PayPal for payment. I noticed almost immediately that my PayPal was charged twice. I contacted PayPal who said I would need to start by contacting the merchant and requesting cancellation of the double payment. I tried countless times and sat on hold for extremely long periods of time throughout that day. It was a holiday (Memorial Day) so I imagined that they might be closed. However, if that were the case, there should have been a message to that effect. I tried again several times the next day. When I finally got someone on the line, he seemed to have significant difficulty understanding my relatively simple problem. Eventually, he stated he would send an email to his supervisor who wasn't in the office yet and that the supervisor would get back to me. I never did hear from the supervisor.
In the mean time, I received an email from someone in sales to let me know the faucet was backordered. When I responded to the email and asked for assistance with the double payment issue, I got an email back saying. "Sorry. That's customer service. I'm in sales." with no offer of any other assistance in the matter.
Ultimately, the double charge was deleted but I only know this from having checked my account. No one ever contacted me.
Late product
I ordered my product seven days ago, with three day shipping. My customer is unhappy, I am unhappy. Would have been able to make a better choice for shipping if there was an ETA or a tracking system.

Madeli Grid for Sink
This is a great product. Very pricey, but I think it will withhold the test of time. It is a much greater quality than what I previously purchased at a chain store. I will get my money's worth over time because I used to replace the $5 rubber sink protectors very often.
Worst online shopping experience!
Website said it was in stock. Got an email 5 days later to call. Tried to call for 4 days , mailbox was always full. Finally got through, said it wasn't in stock and would be 4-6 weeks! Cancelled order.
Slow delievery for a new toilet ($300)
