Helpful and friendly staff at the Shrewsbury store
Recently received an online order but the jumper was slightly too big so called the Shrewsbury store to see if they had the smaller size which they did and the lady said that they could hold it until that afternoon when I could get into town. Just after my dog had an accident and I needed to get her to a vet so could not get to the store that afternoon. I phoned the store again and the jumper was held for me until I could get in the next morning. The jumper was the correct size for me so I exchanged it. I was so grateful to the staff at Shrewsbury. Whenever I go to the store the staff are always friendly and helpful

Really helpful staff in store
Really helpful staff in store checked items that were available only online and then explained that I could order online and arrange click-and-collect in store. My order arrived within a few days and the staff were again very helpful when we went in to collect. The jacket we bought was even nicer in person and my husband is very pleased with it.

So helpful In Shrewsbury today, they found jeans for me to try on, explained they didn’t have long length but gave me regular to try on for size and then ordered the long length for delivery to my house while in store free of charge!

Great service in store
Easy to collect in store. Shop assistants were kind to the children whilst I tried it on quickly. I then returned part of the order but it was quick and painless - all in all a great service in store with three young children!

Friendly helpful staff
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Attentive to customer needs not chatting to each other. Knowledgeable about range and where to locate it i store. A a disable shopper i found this very helpful.
